We are organising support for people facing legal consequences after our camp. The police reported 161 arrests and 40 criminal investigations from the eviction day, and we want to prepare ourselves and each other for the letters that will arrive in the post, and the fines and court dates that are likely to follow.

The state uses repression to try to keep us off the streets – we fight back with solidarity.

We can signpost you to useful resources such as lawyers, financial support and footage archives, and we'll organise defendants' meetings. By being in touch with us you also help others, as we can build a collective idea of how the state is handling our cases and what our movement is facing.

You don't have to give us any personal details and please don't write anything incriminating in your email.

Wir organisieren Unterstützung für Menschen, denen nach unserem Camp rechtliche Konsequenzen drohen. Die Polizei meldete 161 Festnahmen und 40 strafrechtliche Ermittlungen vom Tag der Räumung, und wir wollen uns gegenseitig und gemeinsam auf die Briefe vorbereiten, die mit der Post kommen werden, und auf die Geldstrafen und Gerichtstermine, die wahrscheinlich darauffolgen werden.

Der Staat versucht uns mit Repressionen von der Straße zu halten - wir wehren uns mit Solidarität.

Wir können Dich auf nützliche Ressourcen wie Anwält*innen, finanzielle Unterstützung und Filmarchive hinweisen und organisieren Treffen für Angeklagte. Indem Du mit uns in Kontakt bleibst, hilfst Du auch anderen, da wir uns gemeinsam ein Bild davon machen können, wie der Staat mit unseren Fällen umgeht und womit unsere Bewegung konfrontiert ist.

Du musst uns keine persönlichen Angaben mitteilen und wir bitten Dich, nichts Belastendes in Deine E-Mail zu schreiben.
