80,000 Rentals left market over the last 10 years under FG/FF proving Government are deliberately squeezing small Landlords to push renters into the hands of tax free vulture/cuckoo funds backed by BIG BANKS in line with greedy Billionaires WEF/UN 2030 agendas. #HousingEmergency
The FF/FG created Housing Emergency requires immediate and urgent policy changes:
1. Ban no-fault evictions.
2. No tax on Landlords affected by ban.
3. Set tax rate on rental income to 12.5% this makes it profitable for Landlords and ends tax free status for vulture/cuckoo funds.
4. Ban Airbnb to return thousands of properties to long term rental market.
5. Freeze all rent prices for three years and regulate prices to stop price gouging.
6. All new social housing for Irish only.
7. End open borders policy.
8. Freeze issuing new visas.
9. Deport expired visas.
11. Deport all illegal immigrants.
12. Set cap on number of Ukrainians permitted, plus a one year expiry date on visa, and any Ukrainian who flys to Ukraine for a break immediately terminates their visa and all benefits permanently.

People, especially children must not be evicted into homelessness no matter what.
Having shelter is an essential right for living, thus our Irish constitution recognises our dwelling rights. The constitution was created when most Irish people were tenants renting from Landlords, hence why the term ‘dwelling’ was used to cover both owners and tenants. This means both home owners and tenants are equal when it comes to their dwelling rights.
People who use their property for business to make money and profit off renters have no choice but to accept they have traded certain rights with the renter for the money. And like all businesses for profit they comes with risks.
The reality is greed at many levels of our society, especially the government and extortionate rents have put us all into the worst ever housing emergency this island has seen. It falls on all of us to solve the problem.

HEARTLESS – On March 20th, Fine Gael TD Alan Farrell inadvertently admitted the Government saw evicting an estimated 15,000 children, women and men at risk of homelessness during Irelands worst ever housing emergency as "the small portion of people" while showing zero empathy for people having nowhere to go, thanks to the disaster FG/FF have created.
Clearly, the parties have gamed the numbers and believe most homeowners won't care about renters so it does not threaten the government. Homeowners must remember that suffering renters will be used by this Government to vote yes in the upcoming referendum to delimit private property rights to make way for WEF/UN 2030 agendas. If homeowners don't help everyone have affordable housing they will find themselves at risk of losing their property in the coming years.
You may also recognise this TD from the compo claims and €4,214 invalid Dáil expenses scandals in 2019. Farrell was criticised for making a €15,000 claim for whiplash for neck and shoulder pains he claimed he suffered for up to 18 months following what a judge said were “minor injuries” sustained in a collision with a van. During court proceedings in which he was awarded €2,500 in damages, the court was shown photos of Farrell at the top of a ladder with an election poster four months after the accident.

Business properties are sold with their commercial renters included. Most EU countries homes are bought/sold with tenants included. But Irish Landlords evict tenants to sell a house/apartment? Why do business rights matter more to FG/FF then people’s dwelling home rights? #greed
Today, these gobshites ended ban on no-fault evictions despite ever worsening #HousingEmergency for selfish political reasons — local elections are next year and they’re hoping people will have forgotten by then.
Since 2008 evictions increased dramatically! Because interest rates are expected to land somewhere between 8% to 16% – those who bought overpriced houses on low interest rates could be at risk of eviction thanks to FG/FF property cartel. We must unite to solve Housing Emergency.

ANGER — Thanks to FG/FF Ukrainians are making Housing Emergency even worse by not only competing for feck all housing supply but worst of all they’re pushing already extortionate rent prices up with their free government handout of €800 per person per month to pay Landlords. And the money is also tax free for Landlords thus encouraging Landlords to discriminate against Irish people looking to rent.
