My question is whether 'war' has any "laws".... in the case of any off-world entity or a human group under the influence of off-world races (which is often the case) the so-called 'laws of war' do not apply…. We are already very familiar as to how often the dark side disobey any so-called laws related to military or other “justice” in the earthly sense. They make their own laws as they go along. Now there may be a higher law referring to what some would call the spiritual hierarchy or a type of fail-safe built into the system of 3D/4D and above that in essence one that renders harmless or returns a NULL/VOID response from certain actions attempted by the dark side…but those laws are less easy discerned.

The reason you would bring up the DOD manual is because it gives grounds for the white hats to claim that the dark side has repeatedly violated those laws… but whether that gives the white hats any advantage in the eyes of the people ‘court of pubic opinion’ may have extremely limited application….

For example Nuremberg is often cited as having been something of a dog and pony show whereby the real perpetrators were never charged and went on to infiltrate the governments of the U.S., UK and Argentina and fostered the escape to other more remote places such as Antarctica..

With respect to torture the CIA and indeed the US has been violating those rules and circumventing them for years by moving prisoners to places like Egypt where the so-called laws do not apply…

If you are directing people to this manual it is probably with the idea in mind that they learn just how far astray their own government has gone in this respect and continues to go… And perhaps its laws may in future be some sort of barometer for judging the actions and violations of the deep state or dark side in this war….
