Reports of 25 #ISIS prisoners escaped from the Military Police prison in Ras al-Ain city, north of Hasakah, #Syria.

Activists published a list of the prisoners names including 10 Iraqis and 1 Saudi.

The list provides that they were all arrested in 2021, knowing that the prison is under Turkish-backed factions.

Volkskrant submitted request to see full report under Public Access to Governance Act - MFA refused. Why? MFA then ignored court ruling July 2022 that parts should be made public, for 10 months.
"Mayday Rescue lawyer and the accounting firm themselves do not want the report to be made public." according to MFA - so now what should be public record information is controlled by external regimes & individuals?
