Liège, the fervent city is proud to welcome the furries for the Ouftimeet #15 that will happen on June 30, 2019.
We have invited some journalists for the fursuit walk, so wear your nicest clothes.
Registration is mandatory, even if you don't come for the full day. Registrations are closed on June 25. Dear fursuiters, your registration is mandatory so that we can prepare enough snacks and water for you.

- Programme -
• 11h00 : Let's meet at the Place Charlemagne.
• 12h00 : Pique-Nique in the parc!
• 13h45 : Departure of the Fursuiters from the Boulevard Piercot.
• 14h15 : Group picture.
• 17h00: End of the Fursuit walk.
• 18h20: Games and drinks at the Pixels Café!
The furmeet officially ends at 20h30.

• 11h00 : Meeting at Tach's place, Fursuiters can drop their stuff there.
• 11h40 : Everyone heads to the park.
• 12h45 : Back to the Boulevard Piercot to put the fursuits on.
• 13h45 : Departure of the Fursuiters from the Boulevard Piercot.
• 14h15 : Group Picture.
• 15h00 : First departure back to the appartment to remove the fursuits and get the stuff back.
• 16h00 : Second departure back to the appartment to remove the fursuits and get the stuff back.
• 17h00 : End of the fursuit walk. The last fursuiters can go back to the apartment.
• 18h00 : We all go the the Pixels Café.
- Budget -
Pixels Café: 2,5€-3€ per beer in average.

• Most parking spots are metered and private parking facilities. If you don't mind to walk a bit, you can park your car at the Palais des Congrès and then walk for 20-25 minutes or at the Parking at the Rue St Gilles, 104 (from 7:00 to 23:00) .
- How to come by train -
If you come by train, stop at Liège-Guillmins train-station. The nearest train station from the Pixels Café is the Liège-Palais train station.

• This furmeet is organised in a good spirit and we hope that everyone will have fun. So any negative behaviour can be sanctioned by a ban from the next Ouftimeets.
• MINORS ARE ONLY ALLOWED only if they are accompanied by an adult and under their responsibility. They are not allowed to drink spirits and liquor if they are less than 18 years old, and beers and vines if they are less than 16 years old.
• You allow us to take pictures during the event and share them on the internet (we won't tag them with your name).

Once more we shall gather our forces at FACTS, next Sunday, the 20th of October, for the traditional group picture. Last year we counted over 50 fluffbutts!
The group picture shall take place at the cosplay catwalk in hall 1, at 12:30 (the catwalk is available then), so be on time!

Liège, the fervent city is proud to welcome the furries for the Ouftimeet #18 that will happen on March 28, 2020.
Registration is mandatory, even if you don't come for the full day. Registrations are closed on March 26. Dear fursuiters, your registration is mandatory so that we can prepare enough snacks and water for you.
- Programme -
• 11h30 : We meet in front of the Delen Private Bank Liège (Bus Stop Pont D’avroy).
• 12h00 : We go to the Pizzeria Pugliese (wood-fired oven).
• 13h45 : Then we’ll go to The Square (mini-golf and fursuiting).
• 17h30 : Boardgames, videogames and drinks at the Pixel Café.
• 20h00 : Official ending of the furmeet.
- Budget -• Pixels Café: 2,5€-3€ per beer in average.
• Pizzeria Pugliese: 10-12€
• The Square/Goolfy: around 8€ per person..

• Water bottles are freely offered to the fursuiters.
• Helpers, let also know who you are! We at least need one helper per Fursuiter.
• Bringing a digital camera is highly recommended!
• If you have any question or any problem contact us through our Ouftimeet page on Facebook or the contact form on the website.
• Most parking spots are metered and private parking facilities. If you don't mind to walk a bit, you can park your car at the Palais des Congrès and then walk for 20-25 minutes or at the Parking at the Rue St Gilles, 104 (from 7:00 to 23:00) .
- How to come by train -
If you come by train, stop at Liège-Guillemins train-station. The nearest train station from the Pixels Café is the Liège-Palais train station.

• This furmeet is organised in a good spirit and we hope that everyone will have fun. So any negative behaviour can be sanctioned by a ban from the next Ouftimeets.

We have to postpone the coming Ouftimeet because of the measures taken against the coronavirus. As usual we will announce the date on our website, Telegram channel, Facebook page and Twitter account.
Follow the latest news and recommandations provided by the federal (belgium.be and www.info-coronavirus.be) and your local authorities to limit the spreading of the virus.
Don't forget to wash your hands regularly with soap during 20 seconds, avoid visiting elder people if you have flu like symptoms or you have been at a place where cases of coronavirus where announced or suspected.

New regulations made by the Belgian government mean that ALL events will be postponed or cancelled until at least April 5.

As you all know by now, due to the measurements the Belgian government has taken to counter the recent COVID-19 outbreak, all public activities and events are cancelled until at least the 5th of April.
This of course also affects the Carnival meet, so hereby we confirm that this meet is cancelled as well.
Again a kind reminder to stay inside, wash your hands regularly, keep social distance, especially from the elderly and people with pre-existing medical conditions.
Keep yourself informed and follow the guidelines provided by the authorities. As mentioned before, more info can be found on the following website: https://www.info-coronavirus.be
We’ll have plenty of time to sociallise, meet up and do all kinds of fun stuff after this is over.
