After a strict re-evaluation of Ethereum’s chart, we identified another active scenario: a broadening wedge pattern that appears to have reached its completion.

If you look at the trendline, you can see a clear fakeout, followed by a double top on the chart. All of these are bull traps.

From the point where we placed the green arrow on the chart, it appears that Chainlink has entered an upward phase. However, on a larger timeframe, this phase is actually a corrective move within a broader bearish trend.

This structure seems to be a double correction WXY pattern, and we are currently in wave Y. Wave Y appears to be forming a bearish triangle, and we are now in wave D of that triangle.

As long as the red zone is held, the price can continue moving toward the short-term targets that have been outlined.
