In 1997, a man in England, spent a year hooting at what he thought were owls in his garden, recording their replies. Later, his wife discovered the neighbor had also been hooting back, each man unknowingly responding to the other's calls.

There comes a day in every man's bear's life where they have to choose a best friend. For some it happens gradually over a long period, for others yet, it happens accidentally, through a random encounter.
Mine was the latter. First day of uni, a day I will never forget. I just walked up to a person i was texting online from a class telegram group, and a random individual besides them, and just said, "Hi, am Jun."
Those words, that profund confidence I somehow managed to muster up changed my life forever. The person I was texting online, became a close friend.... and that random individual? He became my best ever friend.
It took us no more than 30 min to click with eachother. And through out the freshman year in uni, we were inseparable. It also helped that we turned out to live 10 min walk away from eachother. Maybe God's plan?
Anyways, one cringe ass introduction, a silly ass drunk graduation, a very first sleepover, and 7 years later, he still is my best fucking friend.
And I thank him for that...
You da best hena...

Happy 25th birthday

Perhaps the biggest evidence that education systems are failing or have never really worked comes from the tech industry where a candidate's educational background has less than 10% of importance to them getting a job and that 10% is only there cause of legal or policy obligations some companies have.
No one cares if you did well on your uni courses, no one cares if you did well on your CGPA, what everyone cares about is what you did outside of the institution that was supposed to train you for the positionπ

The ML Roadmap is finally live.
When I started learning ML, the hardest part wasn't the math or the code. It was not knowing what to learn next. I ended up learning everything I could find, and honestly a good chunk of it I never use. Along the way I kept notes on the parts that actually mattered, and this roadmap came out of those notes plus a lot of research on how to order the nodes properly, from fundamentals all the way to deployment.
What's in it: a checklist at every node, questionnaires to test yourself, over 80 curated resource links, and real projects built on actual datasets. It starts by figuring out where you already are and points you to the right node instead of making you start from zero. Nodes stay locked until you finish the one before it, so the path stays honest.
This is the first version and it will keep growing. I'd like to hear what the experience feels like, what's missing, and what you'd want added.
