Okay, this is finally up.
Not a men vs women thing, not a lecture. A lot of us live in a bubble, tech, creative, liberal spaces, where things look fine for women, but there's a mindset that follows us out of it and into our own heads. I wrote a piece to show what it's actually like to move through the world as a woman, so you feel it instead of being argued at. Including what the "man-hater" is really reacting to, because it isn't hate, even when it sounds like it.
Please read the whole thing, it's one picture, and the pieces only add up together. Half of it out of context reads wrong.
If you've ever been confused why women say it's still not okay when it looks fine to you, this is the walk-through.

And if it resonates, share it with anyone you think it might reach, women who'll feel seen, and men who genuinely want to understand

Me and @bearly_learning spent the last 3 hours trying to create a sorter for an something absolutely niche. The idea was to take my existing "The Batman Animated Series" show list and rename + sort them in their release dates as per what Amazon Prime shows on their site.
We scraped the episode lists per season using Beautifulsoup then used os and pandas to basically compare and contrast episode names between the ones on my PC and the ones from Amazon Prime. That being said, it required us to format the local file names in a way that can be comparable to the one's we scraped, which we used regex to do so in our initial reading of the file names.
We then encountered the problem that came with strict comparison to which we decided to use fuzzy compare to find the closest comparison above an 80% ratio similarity (after doing strict comparison. This is basically a secondary clean up).
I can now watch the episodes in air time and enjoy some level of continuity (which doesn't exist for this show lmfao). In hindsight I don't have to wait 20 episodes to watch the second part of a two part episode.
Best of all, we barely used AI (only to ask what part of the code we wrote wasn't working, which was like a total of 3 times)
TL;DR (for you goldfish individuals): We are goated, and my tendency to learn bash script from this experience has increased ten fold.

📖 Meet WordBucket — a reading companion built to help you grow your vocabulary without interrupting your reading.
One thing that always frustrated me (to ungodly levels of tweakery) was having to leave a book, article or document every time I came across an unfamiliar word. I'd search for the definition, lose my place, and by the time I got back, I'd often forget the word anyway.
So I built WordBucket.
With WordBucket, you can highlight a word and Bucketify it to instantly view its definition and save it for later. If an app doesn't support custom text actions, simply copy the word, pull down Quick Settings and tap Bucketify.
✨ What you can do:
• Save definitions, pronunciations and examples from you favorite reader (or anywhere random)
• Review words with active recall and spaced reviews
• Track your progress with learning and retention statistics
• See your strongest and weakest vocabulary
• Enjoy eight paper-inspired themes with light and dark mode
• Keep everything stored locally—no account required
WordBucket is currently available for Android as a direct APK download (Sorry IOS peeps🥺).
🌐 Download: [WORDBUCKET] (Play around with the palette, it'll give you a preview of what you'll get yourself into🔥)
The app is still evolving, and I'd genuinely love to hear your feedback, feature ideas or bug reports. Every suggestion helps make it a little better.
