ባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርስቲ የመማር ማስተማር ሥርዓቱን በከፊል ወደ Digitalized E-Learning ሥርዓት ለመቀየር ለሁሉም ተማሪ ተቋማዊ(ዩኒቨርሲቲያዊ) ኢሜል/Institutional Email አዘጋጅቷል።

ይህ ተቋማዊ ኢሜል ለተማሪዎች ያለው ጥቅም ዘርፈ ብዙ ሲሆን በዋናነት:-
• ለመማር ማስተማር ሥርዓት (E-Learning)
• የክፍል/የቡድን መረጃ መለዋወጫ(Class/Department Chat)

Applications are now open for the Lead(H)er Fellowship Program Cohort 3. YouLead Africa, Plan International MEESA and the African Union Office of the Youth Envoy are now calling for applications for the 3rd Cohort of Lead(H)er Fellowship for young women based in Eastern and Southern Africa. Lead(H)er, which stands for "she is a leader", is a Fellowship that was conceptualized with the aim of supporting young women in Africa by nurturing their skills, expertise and aspirations in the fields of Politics, Economics/Business and Peace and Security. The aim of the Fellowship is to provide a safe space for Young Women who haven't been exposed much to regional and international opportunities, while amplifying their impact at local and grassroots levels.

የተበታተነ አሠራርን ለመቅረፍ ግልጽ የሆነ መመርያ እስኪወጣ ድረስ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የክብር ዶክትሬት የሚባል ነገር መስጠት እንዲያቆሙ እንደተነገራቸው የትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕ/ር) ገለፁ፡፡

ሚኒስትሩ ይህንን የተናገሩት ‹‹የኢትዮጵያ ሳይንስ አካዳሚ "የዶክትሬት ዲግሪና የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪ ሽልማት በኢትዮጵያ" በሚል ጭብት ላይ በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተካሔደ ምሁራዊ ውይይት ወቅት ነው።

በኢትዮጵያ የክብር ዶክትሬት ሲሰጥ በተበታተነ ሁኔታ በመሆኑ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች መስጠት እንዲያቆሙ ውሳኔ መተላለፉን ሚኒስትሩ አስረድተዋል፡፡

ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪ አሰጣጥን በተመለከተ መመርያ እያዘጋጀ መሆኑንና መመርያውንም በዚህ ዓመት አጠናቆ ለመጨረስ ሒደት ላይ እንደሆነ ሚኒስትሩ አክለዋል፡፡

በኢትዮጵያ እስካሁን 79 ሰዎች የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪ እንደተሰጣቸው አስረድተው ከነዚህም 68 በመቶ የሚሆነው ለክልል ሰዎች የተሰጠ እንደሆነ ገልጸዋል።

በመድረኩ የመነሻ ጽሑፍ ያቀረቡት ፕ/ር ማስረሻ ፈጠነ በበኩላቸው በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪ ሲሰጥ አካዳሚያዊ ያልሆነ ዕውቅናን በመንተራስ እንደሆነና ተሸላሚዎችም ካላቸው ክህሎት፣ ስብዕና እንዲሁም ያበረከቱት አስተዋጽኦ ጋር በተያያዘ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪ አሰጣጥን የተመለከተ መመርያ እንዳላቸው አንስተዋል።

በኢትዮጵያ በአሁኑ ጊዜ በርካታ ሰዎችን እያሳሰበ የመጣው ጉዳይ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የራሳቸው ሰው የሚሉትን ብቻ በመምረጥ የክብር ዶክትሬት እየሰጡ መሆኑ ነው ብለዋል፡፡

የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪን ከዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የሚያገኙ ሰዎች ጭምር እንደመጠሪያ እንደሚጠቀሙበትና ይኼም በጣም የተሳሳተ ነገር እንደሆነ ገልጸው፣ በርካታ የመገናኛ ብዙኃን ባለሙያዎችም ይኼንን ድርጊት እንደሚፈጽሙ አስታውሰዋል፡፡

ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪ የሰጧቸው ሰዎች ያልተገባ ድርጊት ከፈፀሙ፣ የክብር ዶክትሬት ዲግሪውን መንጠቅ እንደሚችሉ ጠቁመዋል፡፡ #ሪፖርተር
