ባህር ዳር፣ ኢትዮጵያ
በዛሬው ዕለት በባህር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፔዳ ካምፓስ ሴኔት አዳራሽ (Senate Hall) አዲሱን የዩኒቨርሲቲውየ አስተዳደርና ልማት ኮርፖሬት ዳይሬክተርና የተማሪዎች ዲን ለማስተዋወቅና በተማሪዎች ወቅታዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ለመምከር ያለመ የውይይት መድረክ ተካሄደ። በመድረኩ ላይ የሁሉም ካምፓሶች የተማሪዎች ህብረት ዘርፍ ተጠሪዎች፣ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ከፍተኛ አመራሮች እና የፀጥታ አካላት ተገኝተዋል።
የውይይቱ ዋና ዋና ነጥቦች
▶️ስብሰባው በዋናነት በአዲሶቹ የኮርፖሬት ዳይሬክተር እንዲሁም የተማሪዎች ዲን እና በተማሪ ተወካዮች መካከል የሥራ ትውውቅ ለማድረግ የታለመ ሲሆን፣ ተማሪዎች የሚያጋጥሟቸውን ችግሮች በዝርዝር ለመወያየት ምቹ መድረክ ሆኖ አልፏል። በውይይቱ ወቅት የተማሪ ህብረት አባላት ለእነዚህ አመራሮች ያላቸውን መልካም ምኞት የገለጹ ሲሆን፣ በቀጣይም ከዚህ ቀደም ከነበረው የተሻለ የሥራ እንቅስቃሴና ለውጥ እንደሚጠብቁ በጋራ አረጋግጠዋል።

This is to inform all student clubs and associations operating within Bahir Dar University that they are required to strictly operate in accordance with the Students’ Union Clubs and Associations Directive under which they were established.
Accordingly:
Any form of external engagement or partnership (with organizations, institutions, NGOs, or any external bodies) is strictly prohibited without prior recognition and approval from the Students’ Union.
Any club or association found conducting external relations without proper authorization:
Will be considered in violation of the Students’ Union directive, and
Will be subject to disciplinary measures, up to and including suspension or dissolution.
Clubs and associations currently engaged in unauthorized external activities are hereby:
Instructed to immediately cease such activities,
Required to report to the Students’ Union without delay, and
Advised to follow the formal approval process.
For any future external engagement, all clubs and associations must:
Submit a detailed proposal outlining the activity,
Provide full information about the partner organization,
Clearly state the purpose and expected benefits of the engagement, and
Obtain official approval from the Students’ Union before proceeding.
All clubs and associations are strongly reminded to respect and comply with the Students’ Union regulations under which they are established.

አስቸኳይ የደህንነት ማሳሰቢያ፡ የኢሜይል ማጭበርበር (Phishing) ጥንቃቄ
ለባህር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ መምህራን፣ ሰራተኞች እና ተማሪዎች በሙሉ፤
በተቋማችን የኢሜይል አውታረ መረብ ውስጥ ከፍተኛ የደህንነት ስጋት መኖሩን ደርሰንበታል። የግል መረጃዎትን እና የዩኒቨርሲቲውን ደህንነት ለመጠበቅ የሚከተሉትን መመሪያዎች በጥንቃቄ እንዲተገብሩ እናሳስባለን።
ስለተከሰተው ሁኔታ
በዮሐንስ ብርሃኑ (Yohannes Birhanu) ስም የሚላክ ኢሜይል መኖሩን አስተውለናል። የዚህ ግለሰብ የኢሜይል አካውንት ከዩኒቨርሲቲው ውጭ ባሉ አካላት መጥለፉን (Hacked መሆኑን) እናሳውቃለን። በሱ email ከገቡ በዃላ እያንዳንዱን letter በማስገባት list suggest ስለሚያደርግ በዚህ መልኩ 7,641 ኢሜሎችን በሱ ስም ልከዋል። ስለዚህ በYohannes Birhanu ስም የሚላኩ መልዕክቶች በእርሱ ያልተላኩ እና አደገኛ ሊንኮችን የያዙ መሆናቸውን እንገልጻለን።
ሊወሰዱ የሚገቡ አስቸኳይ እርምጃዎች
ሊንኩን አይክፈቱ፦ ከ"Yohannes Birhanu" የተላከ ማንኛውንም ሊንክ ወይም ፋይል (Attachment) በፍጹም አይክፈቱ።
ኢሜይሉን ያጥፉ፦ መልዕክቱን ካዩት ወዲያውኑ ከኢንቦክስዎ (Inbox) እና ከ"Deleted Items" ውስጥ ጭምር በቋሚነት ያጥፉት።
ያልተለመዱ ሁኔታዎችን ያሳውቁ፦ ሊንኩን ተጭነው ከሆነ ወይም በስህተት የይለፍ ቃልዎን (Password) ካስገቡ፣ አስቸኳይ የይለፍ ቃልዎን ይቀይሩ እና ለተቋሙ የ-ICT ድጋፍ ክፍል ሪፖርት ያድርጉ።
