It is with great sadness that we hear the news that FTX has filed for bankruptcy. This company has been a major player in the industry for many years, and its products have been fundamental to many businesses in the space.
The cryptocurrency industry was dealt a major blow this week when the exchange abruptly collapsed. FTX had quickly become one of the leading exchanges in the space, with a large user base and a wide range of features. Unfortunately, it appears that the company was not as solvent as it appeared to be. The funds of the users had been frozen and all trading had been halted affecting millions including our clients and company executives.
The exact cause of the collapse is still unknown but it has come to our attention that the FTX platform may have been hacked. We are still working to confirm this, but at this time we strongly recommend that all users of the platform take precautions. In particular, to our clients using FTX, we recommend to stop all trading activities on the exchange.
The service of BCUBE is non-custodial which means we don't hold custody of our clients' funds. No fund has been lost on BCUBE's side.
At the same time BCUBE’s strategies
will no longer be compatible with the FTX exchange and we urge every customer to disconnect their API keys in case they are still connected.
It is clear that this is a major setback for the industry. Many businesses were built on the back of FTX, and its collapse will have ripple effects throughout the space. Only time will tell how deep those effects will be.

We are delighted to inform you that the application for the DASP has been submitted today to the AMF, the French Financial regulator. It took a long time as we couldn’t find our Compliance officer but then there were changes in the law constantly. Now everything is fine.
As per our lawyers, the time from the day of submission to the actual registration takes between 5-6 months so we can expect it to arrive by Q2 2023.
We can then provide services such as Market making, Custodian & Brokerage. We are very excited about the Custodian service as it is quite similar to portfolio management where we can invest the B2B client’s money in our bots, proprietary trading, and yield platforms in Defi to name a few. This is what our B2B customers are asking us to do. At the same time, with Market Making, we will be launching a non-custodial service where the projects can decide how they want to manage their books which is very innovative as there won’t be any trading against our own clients as it normally happens. We will also run such algorithms on our own token $BCUBE.
We will be launching the new website by end of January 2023. We are working hard to make everything ASAP.

Dear BCUBEIANS,
There are questions in the community if we can provide trading in the futures market after securing our DASP registration with AMF and the simple answer is NO because this is not an issue from our side but on the side of Binance. You should raise this question in the Binance community to get the answer on when they will fix this issue with the regulators. As far as we know, offering derivative services (Futures & options) is a different license which is quite difficult to get for any crypto exchange as they will be treated on par with the stocks.
Also, DASP was very much needed for us because as per the latest regulations we cannot provide any trading products to French citizens without DASP registration. So in case if we were going ahead without DASP then we could never provide trading strategies to French citizens so securing this registration was very much needed even without our B2B business ambitions.
There is no second thought about whether we will secure the registration successfully or not because this is all about compliance and having a strict AML-CFT policy. We have now hired a full-time experienced compliance officer who is taking of it well so we will secure the registration by Q2 2023 or even before that because normally this registration takes between 5-6 months on normal cases and can extend up to 8 months but our case is simple and straightforward. Even if there is a 1% chance of being rejected then we will secure it from Estonia or Lithuania because we want to be a serious player with all the regulations in place & operate without any fear of being hunted down by the regulator someday as we have seen it happening in this industry. There are also MiCA regulations that are similar to DASP but for the whole of Europe so we will secure our registration this way or the other.
Once we get registered then we will resume our products and services to our french customers.
Apart from that, we are launching the products based on Strategy factory by the first week of February. This will not be a separate strategy but the existing one once passing through this AI infrastructure. We have already shown improvement in our strategies since the last few months when markets were really bad and this will only get better.
If you are missing trading on FTX then start using Bitget and very soon we will integrate another big exchange too.

We have designed this Bot on the same lines as that of "Swing Trader Long Only" bot to perform scalps of 1-2% on a regular basis (every day). This is how it will work during the bear markets & sideways market but once we are in bullish market then it will hold for longer time for more gains. For now it is a scalper with maximum holding period of 1-2 days & maximum position at any give point in time won't cross 1-2 coins. We hope this will be useful for you to make more informed decision.
2. Performance calculator
We will be removing those risk classifications in the near future & settings will be as per your wish. Also on the performance chart, you have a calculator on the current platform where you can see the performance based on your own settings although our displayed performance is based on 100% investment per signal. These risk classification is clearly not helping as maybe the reason why no one does in the industry.
3. Investment per signal
We have often heard that some users expect the trades to happen in the following way: Imagine someone has 1 BTC and a trade is opened for low signal and your allocation is 50% so 0.5 BTC is used in this trade but the next signal is a low risk where some user expects 0.5 BTC to be used as the allocation is 50% instead of 50% of the 0.5 BTC left in the account. This is technically impossible in an open-ended trading setup where users can add or remove funds when ever they wish.
