Those interested in following the progress and advancement of the first field of mathematics to originate from UGANDA (not Africa because ancient geometry definitely most likely started in Africa), you want to at least start getting familiar with Fut. Prof. Willrich Joseph's work on the Transformatics thesis (https://bit.ly/transformatics101thesis).
We are currently pushing the edge at Nuchwezi Research (https://nuchwezi.com) and have for example established that despite other [older] fields such as Calculus (Isaac Newton, 17th Century) and Linear Algebra (Hermann Grassmann, 19th Century) treating of sequences; finite and infinite functions based on Natural Numbers (calculus), and [real] vector spaces involving linear combinations on sequences of [Real] Numbers, our new mathematical theory breaks/surpasses both Calculus and Linear Algebra when we find that transformatic operations would encompass both operations on quantifiable symbols (e.g numbers), but also those that can only be quantified by position (e.g letters, DNA nucleotides,...)
Many exciting things are likely to happen in both Mathematics and many of the Mathematical Sciences (statistics, medicine, information theory, etc.) for all we know, once Transformatics goes mainstream!
