It requires the State Department and the Pentagon to present a US strategy to support Ukraine within 45 days of adoption.
The project involves appropriating $61 billion in connection with the war in Ukraine, including $23 billion to replenish US arsenals - and about $8 billion in financial assistance.
The President of the United States has the right to write off up to 50% of Ukraine’s debt for the economic assistance provided to it but not earlier than November 15, 2024

One of the most delusional copes from 🇺🇦 stans since the beginning of the year is blaming the US for the AFU failures on the battlefield.
Do you really think that the aid bill will magically create shells and AD systems that no one has to spare?
And even if the MIC dropped everything, stopped their work on current contracts, and started producing only for Ukraine, none of it would arrive in Ukraine in time to make a difference now or even this year.
When this bill gets passed, and it will, its purpose is to fill the pockets of MIC investors and select few individuals involved in this planetary scale grift one last time. Ukraine was dumped as a proxy after the vaunted counteroffensive failed miserably last summer.

Zelensky's Ukraine is so bizarre. It's defacto a NATO gun for hire, but it's ability to wage war fully depends on its masters, so the only thing that Ukraine itself provides is disposable meat. But then they talk about sovereignty and independence. Wicked.

▪️France purchased liquefied natural gas from Russia for 322.3 million euros, which is ten percent more than in January.
▪️Hungary was dropped to the 2nd place. Spain closed top 3 with LNG imports worth 118.3 million euros.
▪️Greece increased its gas purchases from Russia the most in February - 7.8 times, to 110.4 million euros. Finland and Sweden follow , having doubled their purchases to 6.6 and 4.7 million euros, respectively.
▪️In total, the EU purchased 1.1 billion euros worth of gas from Russia at the end of winter, of which 619.4 million were LNG supplies and 493.3 million were pipeline gas.
Despite sanctions, the EU keeps sponsoring "Putin's war machine."
