根据文告，双威将向槟城发展机构支付6亿4602万718令吉的款项，取得峇都加湾区域558.96英亩土地的发展权。
双威有意在上述土地，开发一座名为
双威指出，大马工业领域具备巨大的潜能和成长机会，而峇都加湾是个炙手可热的工业发展区，在此地开发工业园，可以吸引符合2030年新工业大蓝图（NIMP 2030）愿景的工业前来。
