（吉隆坡27日讯）双威（SUNWAY，5211，主板工业股）通过持股70%的子公司——Umech Land私人有限公司（ULSB），与槟城发展机构（PDC）签署联合发展协议，斥资6亿4602万718令吉，以在槟城发展工业园项目。
根据文告，双威将向槟城发展机构支付6亿4602万718令吉的款项，取得峇都加湾区域558.96英亩土地的发展权。
