We have made the decision to terminate our $3.5 million investment agreement with Bitgert due to the following circumstances:
Activation of Automatic Anti-Dump Mechanism: Our agreement included an automatic anti-dump mechanism to prevent large-scale selling of tokens and maintain market stability. However, we observed that high-volume transfers triggered this mechanism, leading to higher taxes or fees. While this mechanism was implemented to ensure market stability, its activation raised concerns about the sustainability of the project.
Suspected Malicious Intent: Bitgert's wallets were blacklisted as we suspected their intentions were malicious and aimed at harming our project. We noticed a pattern where tokens purchased by Bitgert were immediately sold, indicating potential market manipulation or disruptive actions. This behavior raised significant concerns about their true intentions and the negative impact it could have on our project.
Discounted Token Purchase: As part of our agreement, Bitgert was offered the opportunity to purchase tokens at a discounted rate of 15%. This discount was intended to foster a mutually beneficial relationship. However, their subsequent actions and suspected malicious intent made it necessary to terminate the agreement, as their behavior was not aligned with the long-term growth and stability of our project.
In light of these circumstances, we strongly advise others to exercise caution if they receive an investment proposal from Bitgert. It is essential to thoroughly evaluate any investment opportunity, conduct due diligence on the potential investor's track record and credibility, and ensure their intentions align with the long-term success and stability of the project.
By sharing this information, we aim to protect other projects and investors from potential harm and disruption.
