Hi, we're BatchVerity, based in Guangzhou. We manage and check suppliers on the China side and ship to resellers, brands and labs in the US and Europe.

We'd rather show you things you can check than tell you we're the best:
- Every box carries its batch number, and each batch has our in-house test report.
- For specific batches we also have third-party lab reports. Each one covers only the batch it names.
- Want to verify it yourself? Send it to any third-party lab you trust. You pay the testing fee up front, and we credit it against your next order, up to US$200 for one product.
- US shipments go by FedEx and typically arrive in 3 to 5 days. If a parcel is confirmed lost or not released by customs, we reship it once at no charge.

How to read a COA in 60 seconds

A certificate of analysis is only useful if you know what to check. Four things:

1. Batch number. Does it match the batch on the box in your hands? If not, the report isn't about your product.
2. Who tested it. Is the lab named, and can you contact them to confirm the report is real?
3. How it was tested. Purity is usually measured by HPLC, and identity is usually confirmed by mass spec. A number with no method behind it deserves a follow-up question.
4. Date. Was it tested after that batch was made?

One more thing: a COA describes the sample that was tested. It doesn't prove anything about other batches.

How to spot a fake test report

Some warning signs we see again and again:
- The same report circulates under different company names or logos.
- The batch number doesn't match what you received, or there's no batch number at all.
- The lab can't be found or contacted, or says it never issued that report.
- Fonts, layout or signatures look pasted together.
- The results are suspiciously perfect, or identical across every batch.

The surest check: send the report number to the lab that issued it and ask them to confirm. Or send a sample to a lab you choose. If you test one of ours, we credit the fee against your next order, up to US$200 for one product.

China-side update | October 12, 2026

What happened: The APEC leaders' meeting will be held in Shenzhen on November 18 and 19. Guangdong's postal regulator has told express delivery companies across the province to tighten security, and in Foshan, parcels going to the Shenzhen meeting area must go through a second security check. Specific dates haven't been announced.
What it means for buyers: There's no official word yet on any change for parcels shipped from Guangzhou, where we ship from. We'll post an update here if anything affecting our shipments is confirmed.

China-side update | October 12, 2026

What happened: DHL's peak season surcharge on shipments from China took effect on October 1 and runs until February 5, 2027, according to DHL China's official notice.
What it means for buyers: DHL shipments out of China are likely to cost a bit more between now and Chinese New Year. If you're planning restocks, it may be worth factoring that into your timing.

On the ground in China | October 12, 2026

What we're hearing: last week a freight forwarding company here came under a group inspection. Parcels routed through it may face significant delays in the coming weeks.
What we're doing: our shipments don't go through that channel and are moving as normal.
If a shipment from China has gone quiet lately, ask your shipper which channel it's on.

This is what we're hearing locally, not an official announcement. We'll update if anything is confirmed.

What we're hearing: a supplier here is reportedly under investigation over counterfeit goods.
Why it matters: it's a reminder to check what you receive. Match the batch number on the box to the report, and ask your supplier for the full report.
Want to verify ours yourself? Send it to any third-party lab you trust. You pay the testing fee up front, and we credit it against your next order, up to US$200 for one product.

China-side update | October 12, 2026

Follow-up on APEC in Shenzhen: Guangzhou's postal regulator now requires every parcel heading from Guangzhou toward Shenzhen to be X-rayed and checked one by one. Shenzhen requires a second security check on incoming parcels, and a third for the core meeting area. No start or end dates have been announced.
What it means for buyers: so far we haven't seen any change on our international shipments. Parcels going to Shenzhen face the extra checks. We'll update if that changes.
