▶️ Elder + Weight loss + Dysphagia for solid then for liquid = Esophageal cancer
▶️ Dysphagia for both solid and liquid from start = Achlasia
▶️ High grade fever + dysentry = shigella (most likely).
Least likely here: Giardia.
▶️ Portal inflammation and fibrosis + hepatic necrosis + mononuclear infiltrate in portal tract + right upper quadrant tenderness = HCV.

قبل ما تنومو وقبل ما تخشو امتحان الانتقريشن لانوووو حرفيا high yield
ومتذكر اني قبل الامتحان كنت متوتر وما عارف زاتو اجازفه كيف ومعا حيرتي وفي وسط دهشة الحضور لقيت الزيت ده منشور في قناتنا وقريتو علي سريع وطمني صراحه لانو مجمع فيهو كل شي فلمه خشيت االامتحان بالصلاه علي النبي 🤣❤️
لقيت كل الراجعتو قبل شوية في الامتحان وحرفيا كان شعور كده ظابط فحبيت اشارككم بيهو ❤️
ففي كل الحالتين انت ما خسران سوا لقيتهو في الامتحان او حفظتو ساي لانو ❤️ده الزيت حق الانتقريشن معظمو i think
فربنا يجعل العمل ده في ميزان حسنات مجمعه❤️

قال حكيم ذات مره من المرامير (لا تسال المرأة عن عمرها والرجل عن مرتبه والطالب عن درجته 🤐🖤)

فخلونا كدي من الامتحان الجاء ده وتعالو احكي ليكم شويه عن موقف طريف حصل لي 😂🤎
وفي زنقة من زنقات الامتحانات كانت قافله معاي وطبعا ما بتقفل معا الزول الا لمه يطلع من الامتحان بعكس التوقعات البكون خاطيها لنفسوا فبس متذكر اني مرقت طوالي ومشيت البيت وكنت قعدته معا نفسي شويه فسالتها سوالين ؟
الاول _هل الامتحان ده بحدد مستواي ؟
وده سوال لشحن الطاقات ليس الا 😂🖤
والتاني كان (هل رغم اني اشتغلت في الامتحان كعب ده بدل علي اني ح اسقط؟)
فبعد استنتاجات كتيره وتقليب في الوساده المتكي عليها وقهرة روح اتاكدته اني انا مكبر الموضوع ساي وما اظن بعد اجتهادي ده ربنا حيظلمني فبعد ما كنت حزين ومفكر اني ح اسقط و عقلي لقاها فرصه وقال انفصم فيني ويعمل حوارتو المعاتده الا اني كنت بقول اني عملت العلي والباقي علي ربنا 🤎
وسبحان الله جات النتائج ولقيت نفسي جبته فيهو B+
فده هو زاتو الامتحان الي كنت متخوف منو وعملته فيهو القومه والقعده ولا منو ما حكيت ليهو اني ساقط فيهو 😂🖤
فالمقصد شنو (ما تسمحوا لعقلكم يدخلكم في مود الدبريشن ده وما تخلوهو يأكشنه معا افكاركم ساي لانو حرفيا ح يضيع ليكم يومكم ويخليكم في دوامات حزن لا منتهى لها )
فانا عايز اعرف كيف انك تحزن من امتحان مدام ممكن تعوض فيهو بكره ان شاء الله 🤎

وفي زنقة من زنقات الامتحانات كانت قافله معاي وطبعا ما بتقفل معا الزول الا لمه يطلع من الامتحان بعكس التوقعات البكون خاطيها لنفسوا فبس متذكر اني مرقت طوالي ومشيت البيت وكنت قعدته معا نفسي شويه فسالتها سوالين ؟
الاول _هل الامتحان ده بحدد مستواي ؟
وده سوال لشحن الطاقات ليس الا 😂🖤
والتاني كان (هل رغم اني اشتغلت في الامتحان كعب ده بدل علي اني ح اسقط؟)
فبعد استنتاجات كتيره وتقليب في الوساده المتكي عليها وقهرة روح اتاكدته اني انا مكبر الموضوع ساي وما اظن بعد اجتهادي ده ربنا حيظلمني فبعد ما كنت حزين ومفكر اني ح اسقط و عقلي لقاها فرصه وقال انفصم فيني ويعمل حوارتو المعاتده الا اني كنت بقول اني عملت العلي والباقي علي ربنا 🤎
وسبحان الله جات النتائج ولقيت نفسي جبته فيهو B+
فده هو زاتو الامتحان الي كنت متخوف منو وعملته فيهو القومه والقعده ولا منو ما حكيت ليهو اني ساقط فيهو 😂🖤
فالمقصد شنو (ما تسمحوا لعقلكم يدخلكم في مود الدبريشن ده وما تخلوهو يأكشنه معا افكاركم ساي لانو حرفيا ح يضيع ليكم يومكم ويخليكم في دوامات حزن لا منتهى لها )
فانا عايز اعرف كيف انك تحزن من امتحان مدام ممكن تعوض فيهو بكره ان شاء الله 🤎
🤐🤐صح هو من حقك تحزن بس ما من حقك تجعل حزنك يسود كل يومك لدرجه انو يحرمك من انك تنجز ليوم بكره؟ واتذكر انو (ولسوف يعطيك ربك فترضي ) فربنا عارف قدر شنو انت تعبته وما ح يضيعك..
