الناس العندهم كورس ما نضيف قد تسبب ليهم النتيجة احباط في القترة الحالية وخصوصاً انو داخلين على فاينل GIT، فأولا ياريت لو كان بقدر اتواصل معاكم واحد واحد وأوريكم الكلام الح قولوا ليكم ده واحد واحد، لكن بكون الكلام هنا والكل يصغي إن شاء الله.

▶️ Dysphagia - immunocompromised (eg: chemotherapy) - sore throat = Esophageal candidiasis

▶️ Elder - Abdominal Mass expansile and pulsatile = AAA (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm)

▶️ Elder + Weight loss + Dysphagia for solid then for liquid = Esophageal cancer

▶️ Dysphagia for both solid and liquid from start = Achlasia

▶️ High grade fever + dysentry = shigella (most likely).
Least likely here: Giardia.

▶️ Portal inflammation and fibrosis + hepatic necrosis + mononuclear infiltrate in portal tract + right upper quadrant tenderness = HCV.

▶️ Hight 5 HIAA = Carcinoid tumor

▶️ + antimitochondrial antibody = Primary biliary cirrhosis

▶️ Hight alpha fetoprotein = Hepatocellular carcinoma

▶️ Elevated CA 19-9 = Pancreatic carcinoma

▶️ Elevated CA125 = Colorectal carcinoma

▶️ Low blood caeruloplasmin = Wilson disease

▶️ Diagnostic test for A1AT (Alpha 1 Antitrypsin) = Enzyme assay

▶️ Diagnostic test for Chronic pancreatitis = CT Abdomen

▶️ Diagnostic test for ZE = Gastrin level

▶️ Diagnostic test for IBD (Crohn's disease / Ulcerative colitis) = Lower GI endoscopy + Biopsy

▶️ Diagnostic test for Hirschsprung disease = Rectal suction biopsy

قبل ما تنومو وقبل ما تخشو امتحان الانتقريشن لانوووو حرفيا high yield
ومتذكر اني قبل الامتحان كنت متوتر وما عارف زاتو اجازفه كيف ومعا حيرتي وفي وسط دهشة الحضور لقيت الزيت ده منشور في قناتنا وقريتو علي سريع وطمني صراحه لانو مجمع فيهو كل شي فلمه خشيت االامتحان بالصلاه علي النبي 🤣❤️
لقيت كل الراجعتو قبل شوية في الامتحان وحرفيا كان شعور كده ظابط فحبيت اشارككم بيهو ❤️
ففي كل الحالتين انت ما خسران سوا لقيتهو في الامتحان او حفظتو ساي لانو ❤️ده الزيت حق الانتقريشن معظمو i think
