الناس العندهم كورس ما نضيف قد تسبب ليهم النتيجة احباط في القترة الحالية وخصوصاً انو داخلين على فاينل GIT، فأولا ياريت لو كان بقدر اتواصل معاكم واحد واحد وأوريكم الكلام الح قولوا ليكم ده واحد واحد، لكن بكون الكلام هنا والكل يصغي إن شاء الله.
أولا واخرا نحن أمرنا كله لله وكل شيء بحصل لينا بكون بمقادير ربانية معينة، زول بقول لو كان اجتهدت كان جبت افضل، دي عبارة صحيحة مية المية، لكن ما كان معروف لو مثلا نجحت في الكورس ده يحصل ليك شنو، كان ممكن تنجح وتجيب A لكن ربنا ياخد صحتك او كده، فنرجع لحديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما معناه، عجباً لأمر المؤمن إن أكره كله خيييييير 🙌☘
ثانيا ما فات شيء وزي ما بقولو العبرة بالخواتيم، سنايركم البراجعو معاكم وبعض الدكاترة الهسا بدرسوكم زمان كانو مبهدلين في الدرجات لكن بي عزيمة وإصرار قدرو يغيرو من نفوسهم لغتية وصلو هنا، فانتو هسا قدامكم فاينل GIT كورس بي ١٠ ساعات معتمدة، يعني كونك مثلا تجيب A دي بترفع معدلك شديد
فحاول اضغط على قلبك، وانسى الفات وعاهد نفسك انك ح تواصل بروح جديدة وبالجد ابدا بالروح الجديدة هي 🔥🔥🔥
ودائما تذكر ربنا داير زول يدعيه

▶️ Not passed meconium - Distension = Hirshsprung disease
▶️ Long duration history of abdominal pain - Diarrhea - symptoms may occur under stress = IBS
▶️ Elder - Weight loss - Diarrhea alternating with Constipation - vague lower abdominal pain = Ca CR
▶️ Lung duration history of diarrhea - abdominal cramps - symptoms occurs during work = IBS
▶️ Flushing - Diarrhea - Bronchospasm = Carcinoid syndrome
▶️ Fever - Weight loss - joints pain - PAS(+) - flattened mucosa = whipple disease

▶️ Elder - Abdominal Mass expansile and pulsatile = AAA (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm)
▶️ Elder + Weight loss + Dysphagia for solid then for liquid = Esophageal cancer
▶️ Dysphagia for both solid and liquid from start = Achlasia
▶️ High grade fever + dysentry = shigella (most likely).
Least likely here: Giardia.
▶️ Portal inflammation and fibrosis + hepatic necrosis + mononuclear infiltrate in portal tract + right upper quadrant tenderness = HCV.
