Postgerpetik nevralgiya(herpes zoster-tarqalgan lishay) da bilamiz kuchli ogriq bo'ladi uzoq muddat hatto 6 oygacha. Bunda analgin va boshqa pgriq qoldiruvchilar deyarli samarasiz. Mendan oldinroq so'rashganda bu mazuni toliq bilmasligimi tufayli chala javob bergan ekanman. Bunda atsiklover tab,infuziyasi bn birga og'riq qoldirish un triciklic antidepressant(amitriptilin)tab,gabapentinoidlar(gabapentin)tab, capsaicin mazlardan foydalanishimiz mumkin ekan. Shu mavzuni o'zlashtiryapkandim ilinib ketyapman guruhga.
