Most people are busy chasing customers.
Smart people are building for the people who already have them.

The real leverage isn’t always in the spotlight…
it’s in empowering the ones who control attention, distribution, and trust.

If you position yourself right, you don’t beg for demand,
you sit where demand flows through.

Marketing is not the problem,
Confusion is.

Many people don’t fail because their product is bad.

They fail because they don’t know who it is for.

You can’t attract attention if you don’t know whose attention you need.

Before you start marketing, become laser focused about who you are looking for.

Everything becomes easier after that

People really overestimate the role of "passion" in business. Stop waiting for a feeling to start. You have to do what needs to be done, put in the effort, and find the elements of success first.

A lot of people don’t fail because their idea is wrong.
They fail because they showed up too early and ran out of fuel.
Educating a market is expensive, exhausting, and often thankless.
The ones who come later enjoy the awareness you paid for.
So be honest with yourself, are you building a solution or chasing FOMO?

Most people don’t even know they have a problem yet
That’s where real marketing comes in
You don’t just sell, you open their eyes first
Email marketing, AI, all these tools mean nothing if people don’t understand why they need them
Money is one thing, but knowing how to create it consistently is a different game

You don’t win just by being good
You win by being good in the right place
If the market is expanding
There is room for everyone to grow
If the market is shrinking
It turns into survival mode
Be strategic with where you play
It can change everything

Perhaps a CEO needs to hear this

Everybody wants to be first.
First to start, first to launch.
But being first is expensive… you’re the one that makes all the mistakes.
You educate the market, take the hits, and others come, learn from you, and do it better.

Waiting for mistakes to teach you everything will slow you down
Take time to learn your craft properly
The more you understand, the more sure of yourself you become
And that confidence will show in your work and your price

As a young person, one of the most repeated pieces of advice you’ll hear is this:
“Work hard.”

And you should.

But if you’re paying attention, you’ll notice something strange:
People who work hard… are everywhere.
People who get exceptional outcomes… are not.
So clearly, hard work is not the scarce resource.

What really is scarce… is judgment.

Let me explain it with a practical example,
You see, back then in school, we all had various courses, and these courses carried different weights

Some 6 units, some 3 units, some 1 unit.
In some cases, all would be equally stressful, however your effort would yield different outputs, because of the VALUE OF THE COURSES.

Life is a simple extension of this principle.

Hard work only matters when the work itself is valuable.

I like how Oga Solo put it, he said, “The labour of fools wearies them, for they do not know the way to the city.”

It’s one of the most precise descriptions of modern ambition I’ve seen.
Because it describes someone who is not lazy…yet lacking results.

The first hardwork principle is actually finding WHAT TO WORK HARD ON!
Because once you answer that correctly, then you can exert yourself PROPERLY.

We were only taught exertion, meanwhile, its first direction, then exertion.

So if you’re serious about your life,
slow down enough to ask better questions.

What actually moves the needle?
What is the 6-unit course of my destiny right now?

Like I'll fondly say;
Everything is important.
But everything is not equally important. (Read that again)

And if you miss that…
you’ll work hard,
you’ll be tired,
and you’ll quietly start wondering why your effort is not translating to results.

Again, don’t forget,

Direction first.
Then exertion.

but deep down, they know your product isn’t good enough yet.
Now you’ve put them in a difficult position.

Don’t make people choose between loyalty and quality.
Give them both.

Take all the calculated risks that you can as a young person while you're under the shelter of your parents.

2. You will have what to eat
