I've never accepted a podcast invitation in my life.

If I got a dollar for every time someone asked me how I made my first million, I would have retired to Banana Island by now.

But here’s what I’ve noticed. When people ask, “How did you do it?” that’s not the real question.

What they are really asking is:
“How can I also do it?”
“How can I do it young?”

And honestly, that question doesn’t have a one size fits all answer.

Sometimes I get ambushed while walking out of events. You know how it is, I have maybe 3 minutes before I’m pulled into another conversation.

Meanwhile, my head is buzzing with questions I wish I could ask them first.

Does this person already have the right financial mindset?
Do they have a skill that is not just average, but excellent?
Is that skill scalable, does it have asymmetry?
Do they even have the right networks?
Are they in the right location to fully maximize their gifts?
Are they playing in the most profitable part of their industry?
And most importantly, what is their leverage point?

But of course, many people are expecting me to just say:

“Try forex.”
“Buy crypto.”
“Invest in real estate.”

And while those things can work, the truth is, it is deeper than that.

Lack of money is not the real issue.
Lack of money is just the symptom.
The real issue is poverty.

And poverty is not the absence of cash. Poverty is deeper.

That is why the next Incubator Workshop will be dedicated to Business and Finance.

For 6 hours, we will sit together in Lagos and break down these concepts, so you can build wealth from the ground up with understanding and clarity.
