GBPUSD, H4 ANALYSIS

GBPUSD, has been on an uptrend for a while, making higher highs and higher lows.
We have also seen a recent downward retracement, which was also fueled by the nfp report on Friday.

Price currently is making it's way back to a previous major resistance zone, which could now act as a support.

Also, GBPUSD on the H4, has been respecting the 200 Moving Average which has acted repeatedly as an area of value, price currently is sitting at this area of value, which also coincides with a long term trendline

We would be looking for either a rejection to the upside with targets of around 1.40030 region, or a break downwards with targets also at 1.36350 region.

We must ensure that we see either a chart pattern or candlestick pattern as a confirmation before taking any position here, this would help tell us more about what price may possible do next.
