GOLD LONG TERM ANALYSIS
XAUUSD (GOLD), has made its way back to the Resistance of it's long term downward trend channel at around the 1885$ level.
With the Recent signing of the stimulus package by the US President, Donald Trump, we have seen a weakness of the USD which could be a good time for the Bulls push gold higher.
We can still see price is clearly still above the 200 Day Moving Average, which could also be a sign of Bullish strength.
Going into 2021, we would be looking for a break of this major trendline resistance and a possible retest before taking any position yet.

US 30, during Yesterday's New York Session broke past its previous major Resistance to for a New all time High. We can see this is a response to the new stimulus bill sign-off.
Price currently is making it's way back downwards to its previous resistance which it recently broke out from as it couldn't find any form of Support on it's way up. We would want to keep an eye on how price reacts to that precious resistance zone.
Since price is still above the 200 Day Moving Average, we would want to keep a bullish bias on this index, as going into 2021, there are signs of new stimulus packages that would still be rolled out which could push the stock index Higher.
