▪️Is hyena meat permissible to eat? ▪️

📝🔹Question:

What benefit does this hadeeth bring about it in regards to the issue of the lawful and unlawfulness of hyena meat:

It has been reported from Khuzaymah ibn jaz'in - may Allah be pleased with him- he said: " I asked the prophet ﷺ about eating the hyena so he said : [ and who would eat the hyena?! ] so I asked him about the wolf so he said: [ and will anyone who has good in him eat a wolf?! ]
Reported by At-tirmithi.

📩🔸Answer:

The hadeeth which indicates to the permissibility of eating the hyena is the hadeeth of Abdurahmaan ibn Abdillah ibn Abi Ammaar he said [" I asked jaabir ibn abdillah Al-ansaari about the hyena so I said
"can I eat it?"
He said " yes"
I said " is it from the animals which are hunted?"
He said "yes"
I said "did you hear this from the prophet of Allah ﷺ?"
He said " yes".]
Reported by Al-khamsah (abu daawood, ibn maajah, at-tirmithi, an-nasaa'i, ahmad)
Al-bukhaari said : "hadeeth saheeh."
As for the hadeeth of Khuzaymah ibn jaz'in mentioned in the question which shows the rebukement of the prophet ﷺ in eating it- then it is weak, rather it is very weak, in the chain of the narration is ismaaeel ibn muslim al-makki and Abdul Kareem ibn Abil makaariq and they are both not to be taken from.

📝🔹Question:

Oh Shaykh, if you could mention for us what 'Abdurrahman Al-Barrāk is criticised for, may Allah reward you with good.

📩🔸Answer:

He has been criticised for his connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, like Shaykh Zayd Al-Madkhali, may Allah have mercy upon him, said about him:

"He is being driven forward by the Muslim Brotherhood"

For this reason you will find him encouraging demonstrations in certain countries; the likes of Bahrain, there has also taken place some defence/support of Ordogan from him.

Likewise he partook in an event where the misguided Khalid Mush'il Al-Filistini was being welcomed.

So its incumbent to warn from Al-Barraak -may Allah guide him-, and not to become deceived by his knowledge.

Their methodology revolves around worldly goals and benefit. The rulers are when they consider them to their benefit "leaders of the believers" and become "Imams of disbelief" when they are of no benefit to them.

May Allah have mercy upon our Shaykh the Imaam Al-Waad'iee he would say:

“The Muslim Brotherhood are not concerned about the religion, they are not concerned about the religion."

📝🔹Question:

Oh Shaykh Aba Hamza, what is the supplication which is said when having been praised?
And is the narration from Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, saying: "Oh Allah, do not hold me to account for what they say, make me better than what they think of me and forgive me for that which they do not know", when someone praised him authentic?

📩🔸Answer:

The chain of narration leading to Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, is not authentic, but its attribution to the salaf, without specifying it to a person, is authentic.

On the authority of 'Adiy bin Artaah, from a person who was in their midst, to have said: when they [i.e the salaf] would be praised and it fell on their ears they would say: "Oh Allah, do not hold me to account for what they say, forgive me for that which they do not know".

And the wording "make me better than what they think of me" is not present in this.
This narration is found with Ibn Abi Shaybah with an authentic chain of narration, likewise with Al-Bukhari in (Adab-ul-Mufrad) with the wording: "A man [would]..."

Likewise this statement has been said by Imaam Ahmed bin Hanbal.
Al-Marwudhi mentioned in (War') 494:
"I said to Abu 'Abdillah [Imaam Abu 'Abdillah Ahmed bin Hanbal]: "some of the Muhadith's have mentioned to me that Abu 'Abdillah does not only have zuhd (asceticism) in regards to Dirham's [i.e wealth] but rather people [generally]", whereby he, Abu 'Abdillah, replied: "who am i to have zuhd regarding the people, when the people want to have zuhd in my regards", and then Abu 'Abdillah said: "i ask Allah to make me better than what they think of me and to forgive me for that which they do not know." "

If the products were to be for women and the customers were to be women, then he is advised to not work in this store, distancing himself by way of this from fitnah (trials and tribulations).

May Allah preserve you Oh Shaykh, when a person gets killed some people say: "so and so died prematurely or died before his time, when he was murdered by so and so" is there anything prohibiting this statement?

📩🔸Answer:

Yes there is.
Allah, the Most High, said:
((وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تَمُوتَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ كِتَٰبًا مُّؤَجَّلًا))
And no person can ever die except by Allah's Leave and at an appointed term.

So the deceased died at his appointed term, and the cause was him being murdered.

No it doesnt and it's upon him to return to repenting and righteousness, and not to fall into despair of the mercy of Allah.

Sitting on the floor is what necessitates the two units of prayer, as for sitting on the chair then no; drawing an anology with the Khateeb of the Jumu'ah prayer.
