🍂🍃When is the supplication of Witr recited?🍃🍂
[Q] The questioner says: When is the supplication of Witr? When? i.e it’s place in prayer.
[A] What’s more correct is that it’s after the Ruku (Bowing), that’s what’s more correct, even though some of the Fuqaha went towards it being before the Ruku. However, what’s more correct is that it’s after the Ruku. And whoever comes with the Qunoot of Witr before the Ruku, they’re not rebuked for it.

🍂🍃 If a woman wants to pray Taraweeh, should she pray at home or in the Masjid?🍃🍂
[Q] The questioner says, what’s preferred for the woman; is it to pray Taraweeh in her house or in the Masjid?
[A] Okay, suppose we say she should pray in her house, will she actually pray? Answer. Would she pray for example every night eleven units? I don’t think so. From the situation of what we know, I don’t think so. (Most likely) Her children will busy her, and she doesn’t enter the prayer except the door gets knocked, yes. Therefore, it might be better that she goes to pray in the Masjid with the congregation of Muslims, whereby she dedicates this hour in the Masjid without nothing distracting her.
And the Prophet ﷺ said:
“Don’t prevent the female servants of Allah from the Masājid of Allah”.
And Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, when reviving (the Sunnah of) Salāt Taraweeh, he appointed an Imām to lead the women. This points to the women having gathered in the Masjid for the Taraweeh prayer, whether the Imām was made for them or that they prayed behind the mens Imām, and Allah knows best.

🍂🍃The difference between Salaat Taraweeh and Qiyām Al-Layl🍃🍂
[Q] The questioner says, is there a difference between Salaat Taraweeh and Qiyaam at the last part of the night? And what’s the ruling on combining between both?
[A] From the angle of both being night prayers, then there’s no difference between Taraweeh and Qiyaam, both are night prayers. What remains of the matter is that the prayer of what’s called today as Taraweeh in what’s known to the people is that it’s performed at the first part of the night after Salatul ‘Isha. And what’s labelled as Qiyaam, it’s performed at the last part of the night, otherwise, both names are the same in the sense they are both included as the night prayer.
The Prophet ﷺ prayed at the first part of the night, its middle, and the last part of it, this was in general, yes. But as for in terms of what’s better, then prayer in the last part of the night is better no doubt. For verily, the Prophet ﷺ said: “Prayer in the last third of the night is witnessed”. The angels witness it. Likewise, this (particular) time, the Lord glory be to Him the Most High, at the last third of the night descends (in a manner that Befits His Majesty) to the lowest heaven and says: “Is there one who asks so that I may give them? And is there one who asks for forgiveness so that I may forgive them? And is there one who seeks forgiveness so that I pardon them?
Thus, it is a blessed time, more blessed than the first part. Adding to that, especially if the prayer at the last part of the night is made long. And this is what the usual practise is, prolonging at the last third of the night. That’s because people are less occupied or (tend to have less distraction) during the last part of the night in comparison to the first part of it where people perhaps still remain busied (with affairs), hence you find some Imāms shortening prayer when it’s at the first part of the night.
Yes, and every time the prayer and standing is made long it’s better. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The best month to fast after Ramadhan is the month of Allah, Muharram. And the best prayer is the Qunoot”.
The intended meaning of Qunoot here is long standing. That’s the best form of prayer where the standing of it is made long. And the one who for example prays the first part of the night with the Imām until he concludes the Witr, it’s written for them that they prayed the entire night. It’s written for them the whole night in prayer, that they stood on this night. Otherwise, only in terms of what’s better; the first part of the night and the last then it’s as what you’ve heard.

[A] “There should not be two Witr in one night”. That’s what the Prophet ﷺ said. “There’s not to be two Witr in the same night”. Prohibition. It’s not permissible to perform Witr twice in the same night. But, if we were to assume that a person prayed at the first part of the night and performed Witr, then they wanted to pray again with the people at the last part of the night, are they prevented from doing so?
The answer is: No, they’re not prevented, however, they should not conclude with Witr. They should conclude with Shaf’, because the Prophet ﷺ said: “There’s not to be two Witr in the same night”. Or maybe a person prayed the first part of the night and they wish to later stand at the last part of the night, then they shouldn’t conclude with Witr (at the first part of the night). They should conclude with Shaf’, then they do Witr upon praying at the last part of the night. But what we advise with, is that a person limits with 11 units. For verily the Prophet ﷺ didn’t exceed 11 units, not in Ramadhan, nor other than it.
If a person prays the first part of the night, they pray it all with the Imām all the way through Witr and they perform Witr with him and conclude the prayer. And if they pray at the last third of the night, then they pray it all with the Imām, even the Witr, and conclude with him. This is what’s better and Allah knows best.

🍂🍃 Should the people being led in prayer say Ameen during the Qunoot of Witr?🍃🍂
[Q] Is (saying) “Ameen” recommended for those being led in prayer during the Qunoot of Witr?
[A] Yes, it’s recommended for the congregation to say Ameen, and if a person does so, then it is like they supplicated as how the Imām did. And if they don’t say Ameen, then it is like they confided only to the supplication of the Imām. But if a person was to say Ameen, then it’s as if the Imām supplicated and the person themselves also supplicated. That’s because the meaning of Ameen is “O Allah, accept”. Accept this supplication of which the Imām has supplicated. Thus, every supplication a person hears, they should say Ameen to it.
And since Al-Fatiha ends with supplication, then saying this word is Sunnah after the Imām says: “Walaadth tha Leen”. This word is a Sunnah for the Imām to say, and the congregation, likewise the Angels also say it. The Prophet ﷺ said: “If the Imām says Walaadth thaa Leen”, then say Ameen, for verily whoever’s Ameen coincides with the Ameen of the Angels, their sins of what occurred previously get forgiven”.
In fact, the word Ameen is prescribed to say after the recitation of Al-Fatiha comprehensively as what’s composed in the books of Fiqh. The person praying alone says Ameen, and the Imām leading the prayer says Ameen, and those being led in prayer say Ameen. Rather, those being led in prayer say the Ameen twice in the audible prayers of the first and second Rakah. They say Ameen after the recitation of Al-Fatiha by the Imām, then they are required to also recite Al-Fatiha themselves and say Ameen after it. They recite Al-Fatiha themselves seeing as it’s a pillar of which the prayer is invalid without it, then they say Ameen. Therefore, if the Imām supplicates and makes audible the supplications during the Qunoot Nāzila or the Qunoot of Witr, the congregation say Ameen with him or after him.

◾️The ruling on wearing the face mask for the Muhrim⁉️◾️
Answered by Shaykh Abu Hamza Hassan bin Muhammed Ba Shu'ayb - may Allah preserve him -
📩🔹Question:
What's your statement about the ruling of covering the face for the Muhrim?
📩🔸Answer:
That which the majority of the people of knowledge are upon is the permissibility of covering the face for the Muhrim, and the Hadith;
(وَلَا تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ، وَلَا وَجهه)
“Do not cover his head nor his face.”
The addition (his face) is an irregular addition and Allaah knows best.
So upon this there's no harm from wearing the face mask.
