What’s the ruling on keeping a dog to guard a house?
📩🔸Answer:
“A house being at the centre of a city doesn’t require a dog to guard it, therefore the acquisition of a dog for this purpose in such a case is prohibited, impermissible. Likewise it decreases good deeds from the one doing so, everyday a Qiraat or two.
However if this house was in a rural area and no one being around it, then it’s permissible to acquire a dog to guard the house and those in it.
And guarding the people of the house is more important than guarding lifestock and crops.”

Is it permissible for him to touch the Quran?

It’s impermissible. Due to the Hadith:
لا يمس القران إلا طاهر
[The Quran is not touched except by the pure]
And disbelievers are Najas (impure), and aren't pure.

Is it true that Imaam Muqbil bin Hadi Al-Waadi’ee, may Allah the Most High have mercy upon him, was the most knowledgeable in these times in what relates to the 'Illal (defects in hadeeth)?
And that his book “As-Sahih Al-Musnad mima laysa fee Sahihayn” is considered to be third in regards to strength in authenticity, after Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim?
📩🔸Answer:
Yes, he, may Allah have mercy on him and forgive him, was an Imaam and was one of his kind in his time, in what relates to the knowledge of the science of Hadith, especially in regards to 'Illal (defects), and also the men of the chain in the narrations.
And also his book “Sahih Al-Musnad” deserves to be put after Al-Bukhari and Muslim in what relates to authenticity.

📩🔸Answer:
It's obligations are:
1) Saying Allahu Akbar when moving to the next position (Takbīratl Intiqāl).
2) The remembrances of the Pillars:
-The bowing (Rukū').
-The prostration.
-The straightening of ones back when returning from the bowing.
-The sitting in between the prostrations.
3)The first Tashahhud.
4)The seeking of refuge from the four, before the conclusionary greeting of the prayer.

📩🔹Question:
May Allah be good to you O Shaykh.
What’s the ruling on using Instagram and it’s likes for dawah purposes to spread benefits and advises, due to what it causes of encouraging the people to download the application?
It has been observed from the application that the user doesn’t have capability to avoid the evils and the different types of impermissible things found on there.
An example of these affairs being, pictures of things which have souls, videos of indecently dressed men and women, videos of musicians, and other than that of things which appear (and refresh) on the screen daily.
One cannot escape these evil things, to the extent that when a person starts the application or goes to the home (explore) page of the application, they’re not safe from witnessing (inappropriate) affairs thats not pleasing to our Lord.
Similarly the interaction and conversations which takes place between men and women, are found in the majority of the comments sections of the affairs spread on this program.
📩🔸Answer:
If the affair is how it's mentioned then it's impermissible to utilise, and warding off evil and harms comes before the obtainment of benefit and good.
