And the book "Rifqan Ahlassunnah bi Ahlissunnah; Gentleness Oh people of the Sunnah, with the people of the Sunnah" by Shaykh AbdulMuhsin Al-'Abaad, may Allah preserve him,

And aid is sought with Allaah.

Similar to how the Sufis and the Shia call them Wahābiyyah, as an ascription to the Imām, The Revivor, Muhammed Bin 'AbdulWahāb An-Najdi, may Allah have mercy upon him.

So innovations are a type of Ghuluww, and setting the permissible as impermissible, and the recommended as obligatory, and the disliked as impermissible is a type of Ghuluww.

📩🔸Answer:

The intersex whose sex is uncertain, if they were to pass away being young, not reaching the age of maturity, it’s permissible for a man or woman to wash the body.
If they reached the age of maturity and had a Mahram, then the Mahram can wash the body, wether it’s a man or woman.
And if they didn't have a Mahram, then they are washed with a covering which covers the entire body, by either a man or a woman.

"The subject of voting is not from the subjects where the opposer is declared misguided, rather it's from the topics which are ijtihādi, and those that are known for good and sunnah have given fatawaa permitting it, the likes of 'Allāmah Ibn Bāz, and Al-'Utheymīn."

📩🔸Answer:

These were old fatāwa of theirs, after which the harms of voting became clear, and our Shaykh, Shaykh Muqbil after this point said that the subject of voting is not considered ijtihādi.

Rather today it became a distinguished sign of the people of bigoted partisanship, Wallahul-Musta'ān (and Allah is the one sought for aid).

What is the correct position on paying zakaat for the merchandise which is set for business, and is not paying it a sin?

📩🔸Answer:

The majority obligate paying zakaat on it, and their evidences; when authentic is not clearcut, and what is clearcut is unauthentic.

For this reason a number of scholars, the likes of: Ibn Hazm, Ash-Shawkaani, Al-Albaani and our Shaykh, Shaykh Al-Waadi'i, chose that there is no zakaat to be paid on it, and this is what is leant towards, due to the basis in the affairs being inculpability, so we do not obligate anything on the wealth of the people except through clear evidence, and Allah, the Most High, knows best.
