I was praying by myself, then after I completed one unit of the prayer, a congregation began near me, was it upon me to exit and cancel my prayer in order to join their prayer seeking the reward of praying congregationally?

📩🔸Answer:

That’s not upon you (to exit and abort your prayer), ideally you should join them -if it’s possible- whilst changing your intention from praying alone to praying as a congregation and complete what’s remaining of your prayer with them, otherwise finish your current prayer at the second unit, as a voluntary prayer, give salaams and exit the prayer, and join the congregation.

I hope to seek clarification on how to seek treatment from ‘Ayn?

📩🔸Answer:

From the ways of seeking treatment for one afflicted with ‘Ayn is:

⁃ Ruqyah by way of (reciting) the Quran or supplications thats come from the Sunnah in this regard, likewise invocations.

⁃ If the culprit of the evil eye is known, then they are requested to make ablution, in order to use the water they made ablution with, to pour on the one afflicted.

⁃ Requesting a belonging from the perpetrator of the evil eye, such as an article of clothing, for it to be washed, then the water used to wash the article is taken to be poured on the afflicted person.

The advise is to abstain from sins and wrongdoings, for indeed it brings about ailments in regards to religious and worldly (affairs), and to also be frequent in performing repentance, as well as asking Allah for forgiveness.

If one was to do this with truthfulness and sincerity, and still finds the same difficulties, then perhaps he should find someone to perform ruqya on him.

And the book "Rifqan Ahlassunnah bi Ahlissunnah; Gentleness Oh people of the Sunnah, with the people of the Sunnah" by Shaykh AbdulMuhsin Al-'Abaad, may Allah preserve him,

And aid is sought with Allaah.

Similar to how the Sufis and the Shia call them Wahābiyyah, as an ascription to the Imām, The Revivor, Muhammed Bin 'AbdulWahāb An-Najdi, may Allah have mercy upon him.

So innovations are a type of Ghuluww, and setting the permissible as impermissible, and the recommended as obligatory, and the disliked as impermissible is a type of Ghuluww.

Who washes the body of a Khuntha (intersex)?

📩🔸Answer:

The intersex whose sex is uncertain, if they were to pass away being young, not reaching the age of maturity, it’s permissible for a man or woman to wash the body.
If they reached the age of maturity and had a Mahram, then the Mahram can wash the body, wether it’s a man or woman.
And if they didn't have a Mahram, then they are washed with a covering which covers the entire body, by either a man or a woman.
