📩🔸Answer:

It’s impermissible as it would be cooperating upon sin and transgression, and even if it's the case that these banks are called Islamic, they still contain impermissible dealings and transactions, rather they likewise contain attempts to circumvent the Islamic legislation.

📝🔹Question:

A woman has some days to repay from Ramadhaan, and she wishes to fast the during the ten days of Thil-Hijjah, can she fast the ten days while she has days to make up on from Ramdhaan?

📩🔸Answer:

It's better that she fasts during the ten days with the intention of repaying her missed fasts from Ramadhaan, thereby attaining the virtue of performing righteous action during the ten days and she would have made up her missed days from Ramdhaan.
Except the day of 'Arafah which is fasted with the intention being: fasting the mustahab (recommended) fast of 'Arafah, due to it being a specific fast.

📩🔸Answer:

Taking pictures of animate beings is prohibited and a great sin, the narrations attesting to that are extensive, therefore whoever declares it permissible, other than by way of a doubt, disbelief is feared for him, due to him making permissible what Allah has prohibited.

📝🔹Question:

A man says: When i yawn i place my hand on my mouth and say ‘’I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed shaytaan” but someone around me at the time reprimanded me for that.

📩🔸Answer:

His reprimand is correct, as Isti’aatha from the shaytaan hasn’t been established at this place, but with regards to suppressing the yawn and placing the hand over the mouth, then that’s an established Sunnah, as what’s come in the Hadith:
(إذا تثاءب أحدكم، فليكظم، أو ليضع يده على فيه)
“Whenever one of you yawn, let him suppress (it) as much as possible, or place his hand on his mouth’’

◾️Valuable prophetic instruction in deflecting doubtful Wiswaas presented by Shaytaan◾️

📩🔹Question:

If the Shaytaan comes to a person with whispers of doubtful thoughts on the "how's" of the attributes and characteristics of Allah -the Mighty and Majestic- what should a person do to deflect these doubtful thoughts?

Is he to say ‘’I have believed in Allah and His Messenger’’?

Or is he to make Isti’aatha (seeking refuge with Allah from the Shaytaan), or something else?

May Allah reward you with good.

📩🔸Answer:

Imaam Al-Albaani, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

"The authentic Hadiths point towards it being incumbent for the one who the Shaytaan approaches with whispers of the wrongful bad thought:
“who created Allah?’’ to dismiss and turn away from this discourse by responding with what’s been stated in the previously mentioned Hadiths, which the summary thereof is to say:

"آمنت بالله ورسله، الله أحد، الله الصمد، لم يلد ولم يولد، ولم يكن له كفوًا أحد"
(“I have believed in Allah and His Messenger, Allah is Ahad (The unique one), Allah is Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks), be begets not, nor was he begotten, and there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.")

After this, a person should lightly spittle three times towards his left and make Isti’aatha from the Shaytaan, then he should refrain from entertaining the wrongful bad thought. I firmly believe that whoever does this in obedience to Allah and his Messenger, doing so sincerely, then most certainly the whispers will cease, and that his Shaytaan will be defeated as the Prophet ﷺ said:

‘’فإن ذلك يذهب عنه"
("For indeed after saying that the whisper will depart from him")

This noble prophetic teaching is more beneficial and more effective at the removal of these bad thoughts than intellectual arguments, for verily intellectual arguments are of little benefit in the likes of these affairs, and regretfully a lot of people are heedless of this valuable and noble prophetic teaching. So take caution O Muslims, and learn the Sunnah of your Prophet, and act upon it, as in it contains a cure for you and honour."

📩🔸Answer:

It’s impermissible.

The advice is to refrain from teaching or studying in schools where there is mingling of the sexes. And whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah, Allah will replace it with something better.

The one who prays at times and other times he doesn’t pray, whats the meaning when you say about him 'his affairs wavers between that of disbelief and that of fisq'?

📩🔸Answer:

This is because some of the people of knowledge ruled disbelief upon the person who intentionally leaves a single obligatory prayer, and this position was chosen by Shaykh Ibn Baz, may Allah have mercy on him.
And some of them do not declare disbelief until one abandons the prayer in its totality and that the one who has left some of the obligatory prayers, would be ruled upon with fisq (major sin which doesn't expel from Islam).

It is a must that you distance yourself from witnessing this innovation, and if ascending to the roof of the masjid was to keep you away from this innovation then do so.

Is it permissible for me to say to the one who oppresses me ‘’May Allah oppress you’’ or ‘’May Allah forsake you” or “May Allah not forgive you” or words which resemble this?

📩🔸Answer:

The statement “May Allah oppress you” is impermissible, due to oppression being something that’s blameworthy in totality, it's to place something in other than its rightful place, therefore it’s impermissible to ever connect or attribute this to Allah.

As for the other wordings (which you have mentioned) are fine to be supplicated with it in regards to those that have oppressed you.
