The group Al-Khawaan (the decievers; the Muslim Brotherhood) say that the group Jama'ah Tableegh, go out for Dawah [calling to Allah], and that they are people of good, they build masaajid in every area, and they spread the religion everywhere, so what is the reply to this?

📩🔸Answer:

This deviant group [Jama'ah Tableegh], is from the most ignorant sect of the religion of Allah, they do not spread Tawheed nor do they spread the Sunnah, nor do they bring about understanding for the people in their religion, instead they spread ignorance and false beliefs and superstitions.

📩🔹Question:

What's the proof for the permissibility of combining the prayers for the traveller?

📩🔸Answer:

The Prophet ﷺ would combine the prayers when he travelled, Ibn 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, said:

(رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ إِذَا جَدَّ بِهِ السَّيْر)
"I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ combine the Maghrib and 'Isha prayer when he was in a hurry while travelling."
[Agreed upon]

And Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, said:

(كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ فِي السَّفَرِ أَخَّرَ الظُّهْرَ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ أَوَّلُ وَقْتِ الْعَصْرِ، ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا)
"When the Prophet ﷺ wanted to combine between two prayers while travelling, he would delay the Dhuhr prayer until the start of the 'Asr prayer, then combine between the two."

📩🔸Answer:

Narrated by Abi Waaelee, saying: ‘’A man came to ‘Ali [may Allah be pleased with him] and said:
‘’Oh leader of the believers indeed I am not capable to repay my loan, so aid me.” He replied to him saying: “Should I not teach you words that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught me? If you had a debt upon you similar to the mountain of Seer, Allah would fulfill it for you. The man replied:
‘’ Yes’’, He said: ‘Say:
اللهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ، وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ
(Allāhummakfinī biḥalālika an ḥarāmika, wa aghninī bi faḍlika amman siwāka)

"O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful against Your prohibited, and make me independent of all those besides You ".
[Reported by Ahmad, Tirmidhi and declared Hasan by Albani]

📩🔹Question:

One of the brothers from Indonesia asked me regarding, attending the Friday prayer (Jumu’a) when it’s raining?

📩🔸Answer:

He has a concession not to attend due to the hadith of Ibn ‘Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, when he said to the mu’adhdhin (caller to the prayer) on a rainy day:
‘’When you say the words:

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ
'Ash-hadu an laa ilaha illalaahu
wa Ash-hadu anna muhammadan rasulullah'
"I testify none has the right to be worshiped except Allah and I testify that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)"

Do not say:

حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ
'Haiya 'alas-salat'
"Come for the prayer"

But say:

صَلُّوا فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ
'Salluu fi biyuutikum'
"Pray at your homes".

It was as if the people disapproved of this (announcement).

He said: Are you amazed by this?, verily it was done by one who was better than me, indeed the Friday prayer is an obligatory duty. But I disliked to put you to hardship making you walk in mud and rain."

▪️Negligent husband, woman wants Khul’▪️

📝🔹Question:

There is a woman who requests a khul'a (an annulment of the marital agreement) from her husband because he is negligent in regards to the congregational prayers, shaves his beard, wears trousers, praises the Muslim Brotherhood (deviant sect) but he refused, to give her so she kicked him out of the house. Ten years have since passed and he still has not divorced her nor accepted the khul'a.

Bearing in mind that she is in the lands of the disbelievers where there are no Islamic courts and if there are, they cost a lot a money which she cannot afford.

So is it permissible for a trustworthy salafi brother or an imam of a masjid to declare the annulment of the marital agreement, or what is upon her to do?

📩🔸Answer:

Yes, they both seek judgement with someone who has status and position from amongst the Muslims.

(If so, then) what's intended is that it will inevitably take place - not that there's a chance of it occurring or not

Ibn Jareer, may Allaah have mercy on him, said:
"They said: The عسى & لعل of Allaah is inevitable."
Al-Aluusi, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
"The explainers of the Qur'aan are in agreement that the word (عسى) when used in reference to Allaah means inevitability."

If you’re in a idolatry country; the basis is that it's prohibited.
And if you’re in a country of the people of the book (Jews and Christians); precautionary refrainment is necessary, as it’s become well-known from them that they electrocute their animals and poultry.

📝🔹Question:

Is this correct, that major shirk renders false all actions and minor shirk only renders false the specific action it took place in?

📩🔸Answer:

Yes that’s correct. The proof for the first is the statements of Allah -the Most High-:

(ولو أشركوا لحبط عنهم ما كانوا يعملون)
"If they had joined in worship others with Allah, all that they used to do would have been of no benefit to them."

And

(لئن أشركت ليحبطن عملك ولتكونن من الخاسرين)
"If you join others in worship with Allah, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers."

The proof for the second, the Hadith (Qudsi):

مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا أَشْرَكَ فِيهِ مَعِي غَيْرِي تَرَكْتُهُ وَشِرْكَهُ
"Whoever does an action in which he associates anyone else with Me, I shall abandon him and his polytheism."
[Abu Hurayrah, Sahih Muslim]

📝🔹Question:

Is it permissible to swear by "Amaanah", and is swearing by "Amaanah" considered minor shirk?

📩🔸Answer:

It’s not permissible, this is considered minor shirk due to the hadith:

من حلف بغير الله فقد أشرك
"Whoever swears by other than Allah has committed Shirk"

And it’s come in another hadith:

من حلف بالأمانة فليس منّا
"Whoever swears by Amaanah is not from us"
