Pavlovian Method - Programming an Individual

According to the pavlovian concept, A human can be programmed the same way as a dog - that is by Isolating, Stressing, Compliance, and Rewarding the behavior. Let’s look at how this can be possible

Isolation - Isolating an individual from his community helps in instilling doubt, and a question in sense of self-worth. Every human needs someone to fall back onto, isolation is a death sentence for a person. So, when they don’t have someone to rely upon you demand that support in exchange for compliance.

Addendum: Man derives his sense of worth and beliefs from his community, man thrives on the positive affirmations he gets for his worth. When isolated there’s no one testifying to him his worth, therefore he begins to doubt himself, he starts to wonder they aren’t cheering - maybe something is wrong, “have I done something wrong”, “Why are ostracizing me?”

Stress - It’s very easy to program the mind when it’s under stress because it’s in a state of confusion. When in confusion we lose our ability to rationalize and reason, anything that can get rid of this stress can be considered reasonable. To put it in context we will comply with anything that gets rids of this stress.

For example - Some people are annoyed by the screeching of chalk on the board, the teacher can use this screeching to stress students until they comply with complete attention. This is a vague example.

Compliance & Reward - Note that in the above cases we are punishing the undesired behavior by isolation and stress. So to propagate more of desired behavior you must make the subject subconsciously note that ‘good behavior is rewarded and not punished.’ The way would treat a dog when it follows commands is the way you reward the desired behavior, by giving the person
something they hold dear.

Okay let me break them down:

It goes from Raw Ego to Ego Control

Those are the stages I came up with in the development of a person's ego.

Your raw ego is the nucleus, that's who you are at point 0 when you just start.

Your ego is surrounded by fears and based on past trauma; which makes it a negative depiction of who you are.

That's why one must conquer his fears and negative traits and aspects.

Once that is done:

You reach the stage of self-awareness.

You know who you are and what scares you; but also what makes you unique and strong.

From there, you have full knowledge of yourself so you start to be more confident.

Except, there will come a time when your confidence will be out of proportion.

It's an inevitable stage.

You will realize that you're maybe too confident and need to adjust back in the awareness process.

That's the delusion state.

You go from a negative ego to an inflated one.

The meditation and journaling process will help you keep track of those changes.

When you ego becomes delusional; you will see and realize it through those milestones.

Once that is done:

You will have total control over your ego; the surrounding circles disappear as there is nothing holding your ego back.

Your ego is free from the limiting beliefs and in your total control.

Mind likes only one thing:

R E P E T I T I O N.

Eating, brushing, driving, walking, smoking, drinking, sex... And a hundred others things.

Goes on and on and on in circles.

Why?

Repetition is easy.

Repetition is a know territory.

The mind can imagine the 'reward' that lies at the end of repeating pattern.

It had experienced it a hundred times before.

It's safe and easy.


So it will keep on repeating.


You can never leave a habit until you become aware of this bitter reality,


that you don't even enjoy doing it.


You repeat a toxic pattern just for the a small reward.

A nicotine hit after a cigarette.

A moment of high after weed.

A few hours of drunkenness.

A few seconds of dopamine after porn.


YOU DON'T ENJOY IT!

It's pure imagination.

Your mind snatches the driving seat and takes you for a small ride and then throws you off on the road.


No hack, no pills, no meditation can stop it until you become totally aware of the fact:

THAT YOU'RE NOT YOUR MIND

Take sometime out, sit in silence and really think about this:

You repeat a toxic pattern because you're running away from something.

You want to escape.

Find what it is and SIT WITH IT.

The day you sit with it and have a friendly conversation with yourself.

It'll leave you in peace forever.

I've been a bit inactive these days, many projects I'm working on and a lot of stuff happening irl.

One of my priorities tho was to create a space for anyone that needs support.

Because I believe everyone needs a group of people they know they can rely on.

I've created a group as I mentioned a few days ago.

I initially wanted to propose help and support to people who have suicidal thoughts but I figured that there are many others that need help too.

So the group is open to anyone who needs emotional support or just feels the need to talk to others as it can help get a weight of their chests.

I've been there and at the time I wish I had something like this to rely on.

Do not react to anything under the influence of strong emotions, act consciously.

If you will allow someone to play with you head and control your thoughts or actions, you lose your frame.

If you allow someone dominate you in a situation, you lose your frame.

If you act needy, submissive or in any other weak way, you grant the authority to lead the situation to someone else, you lose your frame.
On Genuineness and Honesty:

Let's get something out of the way first, unintentional Genuineness is a weakness.

It's called being naive and thinking everyone deserves your best self.

But.

Intentional genuineness on the other hand, is something that will open doors for you.

It might seem like a paradox but it's really not.

Let me explain.

Most people are used to being lied to and manipulated.

Being genuine with them will confuse them but will raise your social value.

Not to confuse with validation seeking because by being genuine you're being true to yourself.

The fine line is in defining your boundaries and avoiding over sharing.

Yes being an open book is the ultimate social skill.

But don't let anyone write on your book or tear pages apart.

If you didn't get this analogy:

Anything you share can be used against you, so be careful to what extent you allow people to get close to you.

Because let's face it:

Genuineness is attractive.

But it doesn't only attract the right people.

It also attracts predators and people who confuse your honesty with naivety.

The only way to make sure to avoid such people is by being firm and assertive.

Genuine but assertive.

You'll soon come to realize that they go hand in hand.

Be so true to yourself that you have nothing to hide and nothing to fear

A simple way to pacify an aggressor is to get them to repeat themselves.

If they call you stupid, ask them to say it again, that you did not get them the first time. Be genuine with your inquiry, not sarcastic.

When they say it a second time, act surprised, almost like you didn't expect that.

Guaranteed they will feel stupid or disappointed in themselves 90% of the time.
