Charisma refers to a person's 'presence' or as I like to call it 'aura'.

That presence grows and is nurtured when the person develops a high sense of self-esteem, confidence & optimism.

If there are common points between all charismatic people, then they're definitely the 3 that I've just mentioned.

Your charisma brings respect and appreciation.

Things that you do not need to chase but rather come to you on their own.

The reason being, that confident people with positive thinking will be more willing to take risks while being comforting enough for others to trust them.

Charisma gives you natural leader traits as many Leadership requirements are met when you're simply charismatic.

Persuasion and influence are other skills that charismatic people have.

Often, they can mobilize people to support a common cause.

Charisma is the thing you should be chasing.

Not approval; not specific manipulative techniques.

And that all genuinely results of one simple thing:

Confidence.

Do with this what you will.

The thing that seperate winners from losers is their grit determination and resilience.
There is a simple way to grow out of your comfort zone.

That goes through listing what you think are things that best define you.

Write down whatever characteristics you think make you yourself (example: introverted, overly talkative etc..)

Then proceed to make it a daily goal to do the opposite of any one of the points on your list.

By doing so, you make sure that you push yourself to behave in a way you're not used to while also learning more about yourself as you discover how you react when put in such situations.

Doing this repeatedly will help you develop higher confidence and reduce your risk aversion. You naturally and gradually become more open to things that would have scared you before.

That's what growth is.

Awareness -> Responsibility -> Clarity

In that order.

Most people overlook those aspects and then wonder why their lives are shit.

We tend to hide and avoid thinking about things that make us uncomfortable.

That leads to making them even more uncomfortable and sometimes developing insecurities and complexes.

A random example is 'I'm afraid of approaching strangers'.

Instead of simply putting it this way, people will start saying things like "I have social anxiety".

In reality, what they're doing is subconsciously relieve themselves from responsibility.

They treat it as a fact that they have no control over.

Reality is they're simply not aware that THEY are in control of what they do.

As opposed to someone who is fully aware of what they do wrong and take responsibility for it.

That's where Clarity comes.

Once you're aware of how much control you have over your fears, once you understand that YOU make them, you automatically and naturally become a lot more peaceful as you know exactly what you need to do to fix your issues.

Things are THAT SIMPLE.

Face your shit.

Break free from the downward spiral.

Embrace the upward spiral.
Things that made me a better person long term are the things that hurt me the most short term.

I changed because I saw people lose their soul doing what I was doing.

I changed because I saw my soul quitting on me because of what I was doing.

You need slaps in your fucking face so you can grasp how hard life is and how soft you're being.

Be the fucking rock you wish had your back.

Be that solid backup you'd wish to have.

Nothing can stop you from there.
