My parents told me to be careful.
I wasn't careful, so I fucked up.
I fucked up once and twice and again and again and again and again.

I understood my lessons though.
I got hurt, evolved and then understood.
It's life.
Nothing is the end but death.
Nothing stops things but the one thing that stops everything.
Death is underrated.
Life is overrated.
But hold on.
I'm not telling you to die.
I'm telling you to actually enjoy your life and look forward to what you'll leave when you die.
Enjoy what you do while building a legacy.

Tense muscles = Negative emotions
Whether is a closed fist, a rigid body movement, or a tense micro-expression, our muscles always betray us.
Instead of analyzing a general body language pattern, analyze the micro movements, especially muscles because they're related to nerves.
That's exactly why people who are uncomfortable tend for example to have narrow eyes or tap with their feet on the ground.
Don't trust their words or their tone, trust their body because most people don't control all of it.

Why look back?
If not to draw force from what you're capable of and be proud of yourself.
Why would you ever look back if not to remember how great of a person you are?
You see, this is the thing with your past, it's long gone.
Use it to your advantage but don't overdo it.
The only use of your past is building up your present and future.
Yea shit went wrong.. you learned.
Shit went well? Well you're capable of making it happen again.
It's always about being positive and optimistic.
What doesn't serve your future has no place in your life.
Be it people, ideas or memories.
What doesn't drive you forward automatically holds you back.
Acknowledge that.
Innerstand it.
Assimilate it.
Make it part of your thought process.
There is no going forward if you keep pulling yourself back.
Does it make me happier?
Does it make me a better person?
Does it bring me closer to what I want to be?
If it's not a categorical yes, then it's a categorical no.
Don't let your thoughts control you.
You're not your thoughts, you are your choices.
You are what you chose to focus on.

I'm going to say something even if it harms my own image:
Use the content, don't admire the person.
Reality is most people on Twitter are not what they pretend to be.
That's just straight facts.
It doesn't mean they're not providing value.
Use the value, ignore who's providing it.
That's how selfish you should be.
I don't even know why I'm telling you this.

Self-control is everything.
Succumbing to whatever your subconscious tells you to do makes you no different from animals.
Question your own feeling, reconsider your own thoughts.
It's not because your mind tells you to do it that you should do it.
Yes, trusting your intention is good but blindly following anything that crosses your mind is being stupid.
We didn't evolve for you to be a victim of your own thoughts.
You know what the worst part is?
You always know what the right thing to do is.
But instead, you justify the wrong thing for whatever reason (comfort, ease of execution etc.. reasons vary).
Why would you do that to yourself?
"I got a problem with X"
Good that you know it, now fix it.
Why would you stop at simply observing yourself.
Act upon it.
Think for yourself, then reconsider, then act.
Your feelings shouldn't dictate your life.
Your impulsions shouldn't dictate your life.
You are in control.
Remain in control.

Mental Space Management
There is one thing that most people miss out on and end up wasting their energy on.
And that is managing their mental space and how towards what they direct their thoughts.
While it feels like we have no control on thoughts that fuse through, there are definitely ways that help optimize it.
Let's breakdown a few of those.
1- Avoid distractions during Theta frequencies
Theta waves are a frequency at which our brains get creative and learn actively.
Right before falling asleep and right after waking up. Those are the only times your brain reaches Theta frequencies.
Free your room from electronics.
Put your phone on another room at night.
Use that time to meditate and structure your thoughts.
2- Ostrich method
"What distracts me doesn't serve my purpose"
Head down on what matters.
Always question:
What's it in for me?
Does it get me closer to my goals?
If it's not a no-brainer YES, forget about it.
Completely ignore.
3- Delegate your memory
This frees up a huge chunk of mental space.
Use your phone calendars and reminders.
There is no benefit to remembering every little detail.
We're blessed to live in an era where technology can literally be an extension of our minds.
Use it don't let it use you.
4- Cut meetings to 45min instead of an hour
Use the remaining 15 minutes to assess information and get done with it.
Review the major points of your meeting/calls so you can move on with your day.
Always allow yourself time to reassess and comprehend all information before moving on to your next tasks.
5- Use an app blocker and ad blockers
We all get carried out using internet.
The downside is that it clutters our minds and wastes our time.
Help yourself by diminishing distractions and unnecessary information.
Focus on what matters.
6- Don't talk about what doesn't deserve your energy
Considering negative thoughts and focusing on them is a huge waste of mental space.

The thing with body language is that you don't learn it with age nor practice, you learn it through analysis.
Basedonia™ - By E-go
Self-sufficiency program will be available in audio format tonight at no extra cost for people who already got it.
Guess I'm late, but it's available in audio rn
You can communicate in body language with everyone.
Speaks louder than any tongue you'll learn.
Because it's innate.
You can also manipulate people's thoughts through body language better than you will while using words.
Because most people don't analyze it, they just feel and subconsciously understand.
Following a specific framework and trying to express a certain level of confidence will ALWAYS look fake.
You need to understand body language more than you need to use it.
It's about understanding the untold messages, seeing beyond the obvious.
It will inevitably improve yours as I said a couple days ago..
Here is a little tip for you:
Alternate interest and disinterest body language signs.
People will start craving your attention unwillingly.
Commands respect more than anything you could ever say.
Give them attention then take it away. Repeat.
You automatically take an ascendant position in the conversation.
You can control everything by simply indicating that your attention is to never be taken for granted.

It's Monday.
Nope, not an excuse to have a week like any other.
It's this week that you're starting everything you've been delaying.
It's today that you set the goals you're going to achieve in the coming weeks.
We love Mondays.
They're a new page for an awesome story.
Make Mondays count.
Have a blessed week 🥂

A few things to know about the eyes part of body language:
There is a direct correlation between the muscles used around someone's eyes and the interest they're giving to the situation/conversation.
This is actually more useful than simply analyzing eye contact.
Because eye contact can be faked, interest can't.
Now, it's the way those muscles are used that define the nature of the interest and the emotions behind.
Now how do we make the distinction between different emotions?
It's quite simple.
The wider the eyes the more open the person is to discussion and the information they are presented with (wide eyes do require muscles too). As the eyes get wider we go from openness to surprise but still conveying a positive message.
As opposed to tense eye muscles or narrow eyes which convey a sense of resistance and refusal to engage or accept the information/situation they're presented with.
One sign for both is surely the eyebrows as they are directly impacted by such muscular movements and can tell us a hell lot about our interlocutor's openness.
In addition, there is that one little thing with the eyes that never fails.
Pupils.
Pupils convey excitement/intense emotions every time they're dilated.
I've used this little trick in poker quite a few times (and I'm not the only one, hence why most professionals wear sunglasses at poker tournaments).
The less dilated, the less emotions are involved and vice-versa.
Bonus tip:
If they're doing this, they're seeking your approval:
Light head tilt forward and eyes looking up to make eye contact.
This is a submissive position in which the interlocutor tries to make themselves smaller as they give you the impression of being above and will literally "look up" to you.
This is often used by women when they're flirting.
Guys, I don't recommend you doing this though you'll look like a pervert.

Learning how not to care was THE turning point in my life.
Minding your own fucking business and focusing on your own wellbeing is definitely the highest ROI
The thing, I'm not telling you to be sociopaths, unless you are one already, you will empathize with people, feel shit.
The trick is to simply ask yourself why should I care?
It's really that simple.
This is a question you should be asking yourself often.
There is this thing called mental space or cognitive load, it's very limited (see older posts). That thing is basically what allows us to function.
So if you fill it with things that don't concern or benefit you, you're ultimately not going to do things that will benefit you.
It's just logical
The more useless things you focus on, the less you can focus on what matters.
You really need to learn how to brush off ideas that don't get you closer to your ideal self.
All you need is to be honest with yourself and stop giving importance to a lot of useless shit like people's opinions on politics or whatever.
Don't cluster your mind with information you don't need
