E-go Principles of Life

- Transmute emotional energy to serve nothing but your purpose

- Never let anyone take what's yours, fight even if you're convinced you'll lose anyway

- Don't get attached first, let them prove their worth first

- Focus on yourself and what you want in life, everything else is meaningless

- Nothing can attain you if you're above everything

- Define your worth, no one should do that for you.

- Cultivate a strong aura, it will save you a lot of time and put away trouble

- Make mistakes, gain experience so you can sharpen and improve your intuition

- Never follow anything blindly except your intuition when it's strong

- If it's addictive, it's harmful

- Family over everything

Body Language: Why are head, hands and feet movement important?

If you want to understand and analyze body language, it's important to understand the logic behind different parameters.

Today we're gonna look at what makes it important to analyze the movement of someone's hands, feet and head.

During stressful situation, our body attains a level of alertness and reaches a 'Fight or Flight' mode.

As such, our subconscious brain reaction is to send energy and messages to the parts of our body that are necessary to use to either fight or runaway.

Someone that is not comfortable in a situation, will see his stress levels rise and as such, their brain will signal to their body that they need to be ready to either take on the danger or runaway from it.

That is why our brains send energy to our feet so we can run, our hands so we can fight back and our heads so we can protect it as its the important part we don't want to hurt.

Someone who's stressed or simply uncomfortable will sense energy in their hands so they might overly try to use them or as opposed fight the energy to suppress it and end up shaking. Same goes for people's feet, that's why we tend to start tapping on the floor frenetically during high stress/anxiety situations.

On the other hand, someone in the same position will also have a very active head movement as they'll try to look around (resulting in breaking eye contact) as they subconsciously look for a way out or for things that could protect them.

The thing is those small details are rarely noticed by the person doing them and they also more often than not go hand in hand with one another.

This is why it's important not to focus on one of them but rather make sure all boxes are ticked before drawing a conclusion about someone's body language.
Overly worrying serves no purpose.

In fact, it only harms your mental health without ever leading you to solutions that would make all worries and stress go away.

What you need to do is become a bit more realistic and detached from current circumstances.

Which you can't do unless you know exactly what you want in life.

Because lets face it:

A job, a house, a family bla bla bla..

Is not specific enough and is VERY vague.

It doesn't give you a specific objective nor a clear vision for your future.

Define specific goals, visualize your ideal future.

Define it.

With deadlines, numbers etc..

As I often say, dreams are for losers.

Winners plan and execute.

Also guess what..

It's okay if you don't reach your pre-defined goals in the deadlines you set.

Yes totally okay.

Adjust.

Shit happens, thing RARELY go as planned.

Again, it serves no purpose to dwell on failures.

Look back, analyze, draw lessons.

Plan again, execute better.

If you ever take a step back, it's only to go further and faster.

We don't take step backs just to take step backs and stagnate.

Worrying without taking action is stagnation.

Stagnating is going backwards because the world never stops.

Don't get trapped into your own mind, allow it to grow and evolve.
I love testing people's genuineness.

Ask questions you know the answers to.

See if they're deceptive.

If they are, say nothing.
Just cross them out of your life or at the very least take the necessary precautions.

Give people opportunities to lie to you.
My parents told me to be careful.

I wasn't careful, so I fucked up.

I fucked up once and twice and again and again and again and again.

I understood my lessons though.

I got hurt, evolved and then understood.

It's life.

Nothing is the end but death.

Nothing stops things but the one thing that stops everything.

Death is underrated.

Life is overrated.

But hold on.

I'm not telling you to die.

I'm telling you to actually enjoy your life and look forward to what you'll leave when you die.

Enjoy what you do while building a legacy.
Tense muscles = Negative emotions

Whether is a closed fist, a rigid body movement, or a tense micro-expression, our muscles always betray us.

Instead of analyzing a general body language pattern, analyze the micro movements, especially muscles because they're related to nerves.

That's exactly why people who are uncomfortable tend for example to have narrow eyes or tap with their feet on the ground.

Don't trust their words or their tone, trust their body because most people don't control all of it.
Why look back?

If not to draw force from what you're capable of and be proud of yourself.

Why would you ever look back if not to remember how great of a person you are?

You see, this is the thing with your past, it's long gone.

Use it to your advantage but don't overdo it.

The only use of your past is building up your present and future.

Yea shit went wrong.. you learned.

Shit went well? Well you're capable of making it happen again.

It's always about being positive and optimistic.

What doesn't serve your future has no place in your life.

Be it people, ideas or memories.

What doesn't drive you forward automatically holds you back.

Acknowledge that.

Innerstand it.

Assimilate it.

Make it part of your thought process.

There is no going forward if you keep pulling yourself back.

Does it make me happier?

Does it make me a better person?

Does it bring me closer to what I want to be?

If it's not a categorical yes, then it's a categorical no.

Don't let your thoughts control you.

You're not your thoughts, you are your choices.

You are what you chose to focus on.

I'm going to say something even if it harms my own image:

Use the content, don't admire the person.

Reality is most people on Twitter are not what they pretend to be.

That's just straight facts.

It doesn't mean they're not providing value.

Use the value, ignore who's providing it.

That's how selfish you should be.

Self-control is everything.

Succumbing to whatever your subconscious tells you to do makes you no different from animals.

Question your own feeling, reconsider your own thoughts.

It's not because your mind tells you to do it that you should do it.

Yes, trusting your intention is good but blindly following anything that crosses your mind is being stupid.

We didn't evolve for you to be a victim of your own thoughts.

You know what the worst part is?

You always know what the right thing to do is.

But instead, you justify the wrong thing for whatever reason (comfort, ease of execution etc.. reasons vary).

Why would you do that to yourself?

"I got a problem with X"

Good that you know it, now fix it.

Why would you stop at simply observing yourself.

Act upon it.

Think for yourself, then reconsider, then act.

Your feelings shouldn't dictate your life.

Your impulsions shouldn't dictate your life.

You are in control.

Remain in control.
