Here is the explanation to this:
If you listen to my discussion with Solbrah this weekend on Solcast, you realize how dangerous this type of content is.
The thing is that internet influencers will convey energy and communicate it.
Be it positive or negative it triggers emotions within the reader and audience. Whether done willingly or not, this is a fact.
I'm seeing way too much negativity and I'm guessing people will find relief in thinking that everyone is dead inside rather than relating to positivity.
Choose the content you consume VERY wisely and carefully.

Manipulators don't always do it on purpose.
They're just people who throughout their lives acquire techniques and reflexes to get to their ends.
The manipulators you should gear are those who do so simply to feel superior and with no end goal in mind.
A simple way to spot a manipulator in your friends circle is by noticing who tends to do pranks that involve lying or hiding something from someone.
While this might seem innocent at first sight, it tells you a lot about how the person thinks and what ways they see as optimal to make things happen.

During the last few years I've come to realize something:
People, just like thoughts, are only as toxic as you allow them to be.
That actually has two meanings for me.
1- The obvious interpretation:
Cut out disrespect short don't let it outgrow you and take a scale you can't control anymore.
Refer to one of the above posts where I develop on this further.
2- The actual point of this post:
They say "likes attract likes"
In other words, you hang out with people that are the most like you or whom you aspire to be like.
But this goes against the concept of "bad friends"
Truth is, bad friends don't really exist.
You're just hanging out with the wrong people because you're trying to be someone you're not.
If you were like them, you'd perfectly get along (no matter how shitty or great are the things you'll do together)
You would be on the same vibe.
Bad influences happen because we let them influence us.
More often than not, this comes from our wish to please someone or to fit within a group.
If you feel like your friends are a burden in your life
Don't think twice, cut them out.
They're not made for you.
Or better: be self-sufficient and you'll attract the right people.
Boundaries set so clear that don't wrong guys doing not even get close to me.
It just works like that.

It just works like that.
It's hard to control at first but once you master it, life becomes easier.
Let me explain.
Everything is about perspective.
Half empty glass, half full etc..
That kind of stuff.
But it just goes simply beyond the literal meaning of things or the simple definition of optimism and pessimism.
It shapes your whole life.
Focusing on positivity will make you radiate positive vibes and they will come back to you amplified.
For example:
It takes nothing to turn all your "good" into "great".
I've been doing that for a while and I'm never doing good.
I'm ALWAYS DOING GREAT.
The simple fact of writing it in caps draws a small smile on my face.
But is that it?
No.
I condition myself to think that I'm doing great, I set higher standards and it just brings up my mood.
Whenever you feel like the world's weight is on your shoulder, decide to think the following:
I'm breaking through.
You're not suffering or feeling pain, you're simply breaking through life.
The words you use are SO powerful, you can't even imagine.
For breaking through means being sharp and able to break through obstacles.
You didn't not consciously see it but your subconscious makes the difference.

The best way to reach your selfish goals is to make everyone win.
It's a very simple process.
You make people get what they want so that you get what you want.
Nothing is 'negatively' selfish if everyone benefits from it.
Don't do it by fake altruism, do it for yourself because it's effective af
Can't lose if everyone is on your side.

I have a close friend who's suffering at her job.
I mean she barely has a life outside of it.
She had a new opportunity, and she hesitates.
Her opportunity is way better than her current job but she just doesn't "have the balls" to quit her job.
My advice:
Get the fuck out of your comfort zone.
Nothing will change if you don't decide to change it.
Nothing will change if you don't believe in yourself.
Go get what you fucking deserve.

We tend to get stuck in our own minds and there is nothing more than that.
It starts with routines and everything becomes simply a mechanical task we're doing subconsciously as we repeated enough times to condition our brain to do it on their own.
Thankfully, the solution is easy.
It always is by the way.
Everything is supposed to be easy.
Anyway
Here is the thing, if you read between the lines above you spotted the problem
Repetition.
As useful as it is for learning, repetition consists of transmuting conscious action to acquired knowledge and skill.
That's beneficial for young people learning but as you grow and find yourself repeating the same things over and over again you lose joy and become robotic.
This is why nowadays everyone is trying to escape the 9-5, this is also why we used to hate schools as kids.
And this is why relationships fail.
We get used to things that aren't exciting.
We get tired of things that don't hold a part of uncertainty.
Sure, stability is a life goal.
But what is the worth of a life where every day is a copy of yesterday and tomorrow a copy of today.
Life loses everything that makes it beautiful.
Instead, go try new things.
Food, sports, activities, change jobs, move cities.
Change is part of life.
We can get stuck wherever we are or we become zombies.
Docile, obedient and characterless zombies.
Most importantly , depressed zombies.
There is nothing like a good shot of adrenaline every once in a while.
Search for activities that make you uncomfortable and increase your excitement.
Experience new things on AT THE VERY LEAST a monthly basis.
Allocate on day of the week/month to explore something new.
Read something you've never wanted to read, watch a movie you think is over hyped.
Go take the cinema alone.
Go ask that girl out.
Just do something, push your limits.
Don't let yourself fall into a relentlessly repetitive life.
It will kill you slowly, one day after the other.
Those were my late night thoughts.
Have a good night Basedonia.

Your experience > Anyone's advice
It sticks better in your mind when it's traumatizing.
Just don't get stuck at the trauma phase.
Let it inspire you, don't let it destroy you.

If you think you need a woman to "complete yourself" You're going to get wrecked sooner than later. You need to build your own frame and life first Otherwise you're just distracting yourself from the work you need to do.
Don't get attached to ANYTHING, but what you dream of.
Make sure every step you take gets you closer to that.
Even if it means something else that would be lost.
For reaching your objectives and making your dreams come true is truly priceless, if a sacrifice must be done then so be it.
We lose so much mental space and energy just thinking of "what ifs".
Do it.
Fuck it up.
Fix it.
Try again.
If something gets in the way, deal with it or let go of it.
Never accept burdens
Never be a burden for yourself.

Friendly reminder:
Take the lead or step back.
There is no in between.
Take the lead or step back.
There is no in between.
When things don't go as planned, tell yourself that was the plan all along. Then adapt.
It serves no purpose to worry about your execution not matching your expectations.
You just need to redirect your efforts and attention to what's in your way.
Ignore the rest, simply shift your focus.
Forget what worrying means.
