It's not normal to want to be bored, it implies that whatever keeps you busy isn't bringing you any joy or satisfaction. You'd much rather do nothing and feel nothing instead.
That is NOT how you're supposed to live your life.

Little tip:
If someone says a lot and you just can't get the point they're trying to make, they're probably trying to confuse you are confused themselves.
Wait until their done and ask them directly what their point is.
You'll clear confusion in their head and get a more precise answer if they were confused themselves.
You'll reveal their real intentions if they were trying to confuse you.
The reason why the latter works is the following:
If they're trying to confuse you, they have probably repeated their speech before. You, asking for a summary, will shake down their whole act and get them to reveal the one thing they were trying to not explicitly say.
This also works if you have already figured out what they have in mind and want to let them know that you see clear in their game.
People will use fluff to distract you from the focal point.
Don't let that happen. Be sharp.

When you are stressed, your body releases cortisol that turn on essential functions for your survival, such as higher blood pressure and rapid decision-making, while inhibiting non-essential functions, such as immune function, digestion, and protein synthesis.

Destressing your life is imperative to muscle gain and reducing bodyfat, as well as health in general.
You can destress by working on mental resilience, as well as removing stressful inputs

The thing is that internet influencers will convey energy and communicate it.
Be it positive or negative it triggers emotions within the reader and audience. Whether done willingly or not, this is a fact.
I'm seeing way too much negativity and I'm guessing people will find relief in thinking that everyone is dead inside rather than relating to positivity.
Choose the content you consume VERY wisely and carefully.

They're just people who throughout their lives acquire techniques and reflexes to get to their ends.
The manipulators you should gear are those who do so simply to feel superior and with no end goal in mind.
A simple way to spot a manipulator in your friends circle is by noticing who tends to do pranks that involve lying or hiding something from someone.
While this might seem innocent at first sight, it tells you a lot about how the person thinks and what ways they see as optimal to make things happen.
They're just people who throughout their lives acquire techniques and reflexes to get to their ends.
The manipulators you should gear are those who do so simply to feel superior and with no end goal in mind.

In other words, you hang out with people that are the most like you or whom you aspire to be like.
But this goes against the concept of "bad friends"
Truth is, bad friends don't really exist.
You're just hanging out with the wrong people because you're trying to be someone you're not.
If you were like them, you'd perfectly get along (no matter how shitty or great are the things you'll do together)
You would be on the same vibe.
Bad influences happen because we let them influence us.
More often than not, this comes from our wish to please someone or to fit within a group.
If you feel like your friends are a burden in your life
Don't think twice, cut them out.
They're not made for you.
Or better: be self-sufficient and you'll attract the right people.
Boundaries set so clear that don't wrong guys doing not even get close to me.

Whenever you feel like the world's weight is on your shoulder, decide to think the following:
I'm breaking through.
You're not suffering or feeling pain, you're simply breaking through life.
The words you use are SO powerful, you can't even imagine.
For breaking through means being sharp and able to break through obstacles.
You didn't not consciously see it but your subconscious makes the difference.
