If you find yourself scrolling without any specific goal in mind on social media, close it down.
I've noticed many people have this conditioned reflex of opening social media and brainlessly scrolling just because they need to do something with their hands.
If you find yourself doing this, open your notes and just write whatever is on your mind. you'll at least have produced something even if seemingly meaningless.
You'd be surprised how relieving it is to note down your thoughts.

Sometimes some people will hate you for what you are.
It is COMPLETELY okay and normal.
That, my friends, is called envy.
In my case, it's funny how those same people are preaching values and virtues.
It's pathetic though that they don't apply what they preach and keep an eye on me and what I do.
Waste of energy on their side while on my side I'm 100% certain their energy is driving me forward.

When you set yourself into a competitive mindset, you ultimately get eaten inside out by your own emotions
They're so overwhelming that you can stay cerebral, logical and optimal
You let it control your reactions and the most frequent one is frustration.
Frustration blocks you from taking forward steps. It makes you blind to all the positives surrounding you and hinders you from taking an outsider point of view and truly analyze what you do well and what you do wrong
Instead, you stay in that stage where you simply contemplate and the so called conclusion you draw are nothing but constatations.

People will use fluff to distract you from the focal point.

Destressing your life is imperative to muscle gain and reducing bodyfat, as well as health in general.
You can destress by working on mental resilience, as well as removing stressful inputs
Stress can be from a number of things:

- chemical poisons
- past events you mentally live over and over
Some stress is natural, and life will never be stress-free entirely.
