Trading people's courses and asking people to give you free shit is one of the most pathetic stuff I've witnessed on this side of Twitter.
The level of disrespect to the creators is just astonishing.

Day 1 of 50
Due to several reasons, I've decided not to drink alcohol for the next 50 days.
Don't ask me why 50, it's complicated.
Day 1 done :)

Good Morning Basedonia,
I will be unavailable today, phone broke.

Intense emotions, positive or negative, lead to levels of high creativity.
Experiencing such emotions triggers higher brain activity and makes your brain frequencies reach even higher levels.
Transmuting intense emotions into productivity and channelling that energy towards something you enjoy doing will guarantee you unmatched results.
Don't suppress your emotions, use them for a noble cause.
Don't waste that energy away.

On Twitter growth:
You gotta do what no one does while still doing like everyone else.
You gotta do what no one does while still doing like everyone else.
Force your way in, people won't make space for you.
And when they'll do, they will expect something back.
Don't owe your success to no one, work your ass off for it even if it means reaching your limits.
Because what you'll have to do is simply to push them even further.
Never let anything stop you or slow you down from reaching your goals.

How to be comfortable no matter the circumstances and conditions:
- Practice discomfort:
And no that doesn't mean hurt yourself.
It simply means try to get as much as you can out of your comfort zone and confront situations of that make you uncomfortable.
Practicing this will make your comfort zone larger as you will get used to more situations each and will make you feel more comfortable every time you experience something.
At the end of the day, what we fear the most is the unknown and unless we go out there and shed light on it, it will remain unknown to us.
People can't eat you out there, keep that in mind.
As you experience positive experiences in unknown situations, you will get more and more used to that specific setting and also be ready to face similar ones where a few details are changed.
-Communicate
As soon as you get in a new environment or situation that is new to you and where you feel uncomfortable.
The best thing is to engage with people who are already there and try to blend in as quickly as possible.
You'd be surprised how many connections you create simply by trying.
Say hello to the next person as soon as you get in so that you limit the awkwardness moments and get right in from the start.
Notice that when you get to a Hotel you will be welcomed by many employees (sometimes to a point where it gets annoying) which has the specific intent to make you feel comfortable.
Smiles, conversations etc.. Will remind you of past similar moments and make you feel a lot more comfortable.
Remember that people are always nice at first so take advantage of that.
-Occupy space. Be there.
Don't be too far from others and isolated.
The more place you take, the more freely you move around the more you will feel comfortable.
Forget about what people around you might think and move naturally and freely around as if you owned the place.
This can require a bit of self-confidence but you won't get there unless you try to.

True wisdom comes from learned experience
Ultimately, some lessons can only be learned in blood.
Reading things online (even sol posts) will only go so far.
You have to go out into life, piercing space with your energy and reaping the lessons however painful.
Even in pain, with the mindset of constant improvement, gleaning learning from every experience, then it is just a tumultuous journey, and there is no need to assign ‘negatives’ in the mind.
You win, or you learn.
Action wins over theory any day of the week.
Because with action, you learn what works and what doesn’t. Then you recalibrate and go ahead.
Picture a guy that wants to start a business, opens a website and buys some stock to sell the next day, runs some ads and just sends it.
Vs the guy that theorises for 2 months, researching what the ‘best product’ is, designs a logo for his nonexistent business, then ends up researching a bit longer
Even if the first guy doesn’t instantly sell out, he will learn more from experience than never having started, even if you think its worthwhile effort - be careful it is not performative procrastination
And while research is good and important, the ACTION taken, over the long term, will always trump theory.
With writing as well - my best stories or pieces of writing come from experiences that give me the inspiration, or lessons learned.
When you are struggling for things to write about, put down the pen and go live life.
Be wary of spending too much time in your head - ultimately moving the body and being in situations where you are drawn into presence will lead to more lived and direct experience.

Get to know yourself and make something out of it.
Write, draw, sing, lift weights et... Anything but just express yourself.
The more you'll do it, the more you'll enjoy it.
You'll be able to materialize whatever is hidden in you.
You'll take pride from it and enjoy contemplating it. You don't need to share it with anyone.
Creating is a secret ingredient of happiness.
