When you reflect about your life
What you really reflect on
Is the repetitive actions you do
Your routine
Your daily habits
The thing is, those things are mainly subconscious actions
When you decide that
Tomorrow you'll hit the gym,
You do it the first time and for some people
They never go again.
So when they think of themselves
They don't think about that one time they went to the gym
They'll think about all the times they didn't
But..
It's within your control to do it
You proved to yourself that you could do it.
Again, the brain learns through either hypnosis or repetition
But repetition is stronger
It takes you one conscious decision repeated 21 times
To acquire a habit
Keep this in mind
This is a personal deadline you set for yourself.
Whenever you start something, don't say I'll do it now or I'll do it tomorrow
Say I'll do it for the next 3 weeks
Then follow up on your word.
That's how you build the habits you want.
That's how you feel proud when you reflect on your life.

Nobody understands the importance of speed and momentum.
It applies to all areas of reality.
Business all the way down to changing your life.
Every second you wait is time wasted. Momentum wasted. Energy wasted.
You need to be faster.
Yes, you, reading this.
You NEED to be faster.
You think you do a lot, but you're wrong.
You could easily do 5x the work if you completed your work 5x faster. With no real impact on your life.
But what stops you from doing this?
Your brain works slowly and so you live life slowly.
You sit around and "think".
And the truth of reality is this...
Action ALWAYS beats thinking up the best plan.
While you're sitting around thinking, I'm building things in the real world.
Because it's only with SPEED that you defy gravity.
Speed. Is a necessity.
If your life isn't perfect, ask yourself the following question...
Are you doing the wrong things? Probably not.
Are you doing them too slowly? Certainly.
The reason I live the life that I do is that I complete every simple action ultra-efficiently.
If you did the exact same things with intense urgency and no hesitation, you would be somebody.
I don't know how else to say it to make you understand. The more that you get done, the more you will achieve.

I believe in taking extreme accountability in ones life.
If you get fired at work it's your fault.
If you close a high-ticket client it's your fault.
Thinking any other way puts control and power out of your hands. This is no way to exist.

Whenever I post a thread on arguing and debating, it goes viral.
So I thought I'd touch down on the basics.
Here is what you need to know.
1- The Delivery is More Important Than the Message:
No matter how reasoned and structured your argument is, if you fail to keep your cool and articulate your ideas, you will lose the argument.
Understand that form is oftentimes more important than the content.
Especially when it comes to arguments and debates.
2- Power Dynamics are Everything:
There are things you can afford to do with some but can't afford to do with others.
You can for example tell your friend that what they're saying is complete bullshit while you'll have to find better words to say the same things to your boss.
This might sound simple.
But most people overlook this aspect.
You need to be flexible.
3- Anticipating Their Answers Gives you an EDGE:
This is something nobody talks about.
If you're to win an argument or a debate, it is important to frame the conversation.
One thing I advise you to do is to be the one asking the questions.
This puts you in a position of power.
But it's not enough.
Asking for the sake of asking serves no purpose.
You need to be able to anticipate their answers so that you can use them against them.
It's a very subtle technique.
But you'll get quickly used to it if you do it a couple of times.
Do you want to learn and practice those skills?
You know where to go.

How to take a position of power with one single easy sentence.
"It's complicated"
-Cuts the conversation down.
-Indicates you're not willing to talk any further.
-Gives an intellectual/information related edge.
By giving this very polite yet strict answer, you tell your interlocutor that they do not have what it takes to know the rest.
Be it:
-Not enough background information (you not willing to develop means they're not worth the trouble)
-Not enough trust on your end to share the information
-Not enough intellectual capacities to understand the rest
The variety of possibilities creates a confusion that makes your real intentions be overlooked.
Polite, short, very effective.

The content I'm about to release in the coming 60 days is going to change a lot of lives.
They say you can't improve IQ, I'll prove everyone wrong.
Anyone who follows closely and applies everything will outperform anyone around them.
Let's get to it.

You do not leave your lower self by becoming detached from it. This way is difficult for most people.
You leave your lower self by becoming attached to the higher one. This is way of transcendence
When the joy of being in higher self exceeds the lower, you abandon the lower instantly.

Breaking down mental barriers.
It may seem like the battle is fought in the arena, but it all starts in your head.
A strong mind in a weak body could overcome a weak mind in a strong body.
We are human, full of doubt and each of us encounters mental barriers throughout our lives.
Three of the main ones:
- I can't do it
- I'm not good enough
- Someone else has already done it
And this Sunday, we're going to explore how to break down those three beliefs.
1) I can't do it.
The first barrier is related to self-confidence.
Before you've even tried, your mind has drawn a red line that can't be crossed.
This can be anxiety or lack of self-confidence.
I'd like to tell you that there is a magic solution, but no.
You have to do the thing that you are afraid of.
Even in behavioral therapies, progressive exposure is used to treat anxiety.
And it's the healthiest approach.
It's normal to be afraid, taking the plunge has never been easy.
You're going to show the world a part of yourself, show vulnerabilities and you don't want to be ridiculed.
If you want to do something but you think you can't do it: DO IT.
Why? Doing it will increase your self-confidence and put you in a positive loop.
And once you've achieved the small goal, you'll have enough confidence to achieve a bigger goal.
And as you accomplish more and more, I can't will turn into I'm able to, so I can.
2) I am not good enough
This barrier is related to competence.
You think you can do it, but you're just not competent enough.
The remedy is to continue to train, to study the competitors, to read about the subject.
It can be very impressive to start out in a field.
When I started in my field, I was scared to death. I thought my work was crap and that my competitors were 100x better than me.
It was only experience that cured that feeling of incompetence.
The best book to read to kill your impostor syndrome: "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield.
3) Someone else has already done it
One of the biggest traps of the human mind. Others have done it and better than you ... so what?
First of all, if others have done it and are successful, that's a very good sign, it means there is a market to be had.
And if you are interested in that market, it's time to take your share of the pie.
You are not here to copy, just to take an idea and reshape it to your image. Your competitors may be successful but there are angles you can exploit with your own history and skills.
Times change, strategies change and six months is a long time in a period as fast as ours.
Some of our competitors remain in the past and by being at the forefront of innovations in your industry, you can take your share.
There are many other mental barriers but if I continue to write, I will have to charge you for the post so I'll see you soon.
Thank you for reading and have a nice sunday.
If you want to thank me and keep this channel going.
I don't ask you for money, but share the channel, share my tweets and especially the threads.

A lot of the advice you will get will not work for you.
Especially from Twitter and/or Instagram.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing out on other creators.
Some of the advice you will get from me, will not work for you.
So it's not just about the others.
It's about everyone.
The reason is that, as you already know, I believe everyone to be a unique being.
We might be similar to each other in a few aspects but each one of us is a unique mix of experiences, biases, qualities and points of view.
So, how do you get the best from what you read online.
Rule 1: Don't believe it until you try it.
Rule 2: Don't talk about it until you try it.
Rule 3: Make sure you listen to those who live the type of life you want.
Listen:
Do not delegate your experience and thinking to some dude online.
Again, that includes me too.
A couple days ago, I told you that I wanted to make you smarter and make everyone here gain IQ points.
I need your help if this is going to happen.
I need you to become more critical and to question whatever information you're fed.
Do not take anything for face value.
Double check.
Then double check again the trustworthiness of every piece you read.
If it does not make sense to you, dig deeper.
Shed lights on whatever is too complicated.
Make sure you TRULY UNDERSTAND what you're being told.
Draw your own conclusions.
This is just a start.
Next we'll talk about making more connections and seeing patterns more quickly.
Basedonians, I know I have been a bit absent as of late.
But baby we're so fucking back.
