Those are your goals

3-Find out the best way to reach your goals.

Optimize the "how" both in terms of time and energy spent.

Dont look for shortcuts, look for the best results.

Those are your tactics.


The whole is called your strategy.

This is a blueprint for literally ANYTHING you want to start.

Make good use of it.

I personally guarantee the results.

You can't get lost if you know where you're going and the path you'll need to take to get there.

Plan the grand scheme.
Execute the details.

I discovered this Twitter account today and man I am shocked.

This person is obviously hurting a lot but so are all those people engaging and following them.

2.5M people poisoning their subconscious on a daily basis.

This world is fucked up.

Yet for most, I'm too selfish and narcissistic.

Ill keep being that rather than being as needy and pathetic as this.

This is exactly who I do not want to be.
Get used to telling yourself that it will be okay.

Get comfortable with optimism and positivity.

That will lead you to higher levels of confidence.

Not being in the mood is never a valid excuse.

1- Mood is ephemeral by definition
2- Mood won't stop time from passing by
3- You can work on improving your mood
4- Your mood is a cheap excuse for procrastination

Don't let external events affect, slow down or stop your progress
Work on this:

Allow yourself a few second before reacting.

Practice self control this way and you'll find yourself totally detached emotionally and way more cerebral.

Give it a few second before you do or say anything when faced with any kind of new info.

Be it good or bad news.

Force yourself to be passive for a few seconds so you can evaluate which reaction is adequate.

Dont let your emotions control you.

Stop, recognize it and only then react to it.

You'll regret less of your reactions this way.

Not because they'll necessarily be optimal but because they will be thoughtful.

Your brain is VERY powerful, give it a couple seconds and it'll do the right thing.

Let your emotions react and you'll find yourself reflecting and regretting some of your reactions.
