They are masters of confusion.
Experts in lies.
They are programming the naive sheeple to blame certain people and certain nations for everything they have done wrong in the past themselves.
It’s a classic pivot of the blame onto a common enemy.
History is marked with important events and often the full story is hidden.
But Nothing unites the masses more than a shared hatred.
Hate bonds people like fresh cement on a brand new brick.
Don’t fall into the trap and don’t buy into the drivel they vomit into the minds of the unaware ones.
Pray for them to snap out the devilish trance!
Free their minds from the clutches of bondage.
From the mental servitude, they toil under.
Never fully living like a person who is alive with the fiery passion of life.
God bless you all.

Do something for everyone who's gonna be around you for a while.
Get every single person in your debt. This is a strategic card to hold in all circles.
You may never need it, but it'll always enhance your position.
It's not sneakiness, it's not Machiavellianism, this is basic.
Life is a game, learn how to play.

How to win in business?
The big shift is here.
You feel it deep inside. There is no point in continuing to work to make others rich.
More and more people are realizing the scam that is wage employment.
With the infinite opportunities offered by the Internet, many people seem to think that having something to sell is enough to call their activity "Business".
The reality is that most people don't go in with the right mindset (or simply don't know any better). They are being conned, scammed by dream sellers who promise them a guaranteed get rich quick scheme.
It's as if people on the internet were giving away their money for free to the first person who comes along without question.
Here are some personal observations i've gathered from the most successful people I know both online and offline:
1- Formal education is not necessary, but it is a huge competitive advantage.
You will always learn more by doing than by sticking to vague theoretical concepts. But if you don't know where to start you will waste a lot of time testing and retesting things that you could have found elsewhere totally ready for you.
You'll hear a lot of people in the hustle culture crapping on the concept of education, and claiming it's a waste of time.
This may be true for several specialties (No, your master in art history is not going to make you the next Jeff Bezos.)
But in a technical context, it's better to know what you're doing.
2- If you can't sell, you're dead.
It's great to have a good product. But if you suck at selling, you won't get anywhere.
3- Talk to everyone!
Value is the result of an effective network.
Find people who are in complementary fields to yours, offer them services, find the clients, help them solve their problems.
Make them win, and they will do the same for you.
4- Take care of your business:
Don't get involved in things that don't affect your business.
Speak for another man and you will pay his bills.

Overthinking and Self-mastery:
Stop avoiding thoughts that bother you.
This is what creates insecurities and pushes you to live in denial.
This is why many people fall into escapism and addictions of all sorts.
Listen:
There is no way around it.
I know some things might feel overwhelming but you have to seek clarity and get to the end of each thought that makes you uncomfortable.
The thing is, you probably thought about at least one thing that you've been avoiding to think of.
So I'm certain that you know exactly what I'm talking about.
You are either in denial but still feel a burden on your chest or into escapism (which is a cowardly reaction).
You'll come to realize that most of your "addictions" and other self-destructive behavior come from the fact that you are not properly dealing with yourself.
You're not keeping yourself in check.
If you're still confused as to what I'm talking about.
Let me give you a simple and silly example and the brightest ones of you will be able to extrapolate and draw their own conclusions.
Here it goes:
Ever felt like you've dealt badly with a situation? Whether you had a poor come back or let someone step on your toes while feeling powerless; or be it even a poor decision that you made in the past.
What you do:
Every time you think of said event, you either:
-Fall into self-pity and start blaming yourself
Or
-Indulge into self-destructive behavior, that makes you secret unearned dopamine (alcohol, gambling, drugs or even masturbation for some of you)
The first one is simply overthinking, the second one is escapism.
Both lead to the same outcome:
Temporary denial, perpetual discomfort.
Now how about we solve this?
Every time you think of that event, you feel a weight, you should decide to properly analyze yourself.
And by that here is what I mean is pretty simple, here goes the process:
Ask the right questions
- What am I feeling?
- What makes me feel this way?
- What make me commit a mistake?
Now you set the tone for what's to deal with.
Time to ask yourself how you're gonna do it:
- How can I avoid making the same mistake
- What conclusions should I draw from this about: Myself, My emotions, Other people.
Once you have all the answers to those, and you will.
It's time to ask yourself the most important question:
Is this really worth worrying about?
Funnily enough:
Very few times will you answer by yes.
By doing this a few times, you'll come develop the ability to do it subconsciously.
As such, you also free mental space and cognitive load and can focus better on everything else that you do.
You have to remember that these mind exercises, as silly as they might sound sometimes, are the core of a balanced and positive mental health.
And if you're good with yourself, the universe is good to you.
PS: I'm thinking of doing a giveaway today, leave a fire react if you'd like me to do one.

Anxiety is your brain signaling danger.
It's nothing but a defense mechanism based on your past experiences.
But the thing is:
If you live in denial, refuse to acknowledge your bad decision-making and change it; you will always feel anxious.
Because you don't learn your lessons.
You don't take conscious decisions.
As a result you feel stressed and in danger. Constantly.
That's no way to live.

ACTION OVER THINKING
We smile when we’re happy
But sometimes we’re happy BECAUSE we smile
Sometimes you need to Act before you think…
The mind reacts to the body
Just as the body reacts to our mind
You can hack the way you feel in your head by acting physically - this is why things like Power Poses feel so good. If you feel down, and you get up out of your chair, Raise your arms in VICTORY above you and YELL AND SCREAM YESSSSS I’M WINNING, WOOOOOOOOOOOOO YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAH - see how you feel afterwards.
Your mind kicks into gear, thinking “oh shit, we must’ve just win big, lets flood ourselves with feel good chemicals”. Even though nothing logically happened in the world, because you input your body with what usually happens when you win, your mind follows.
So much of your problems can be solved by direct action.
A lot of the messages I get from guys - How do I do this, How do I do that
What should I do here, should I do this or that I’m not sure …
Just do SOMETHING, you will learn no matter what happens and the benefit of taking steps at all instead of standing still is infinitely more valuable than what you think is beneficial of making the ‘correct’ decision. Your decisions in future will be better on average when you have a larger basket of life experience to draw from.
Going to the gym and doing a few reps of each machine when you have no idea what you’re doing is better than researching ‘the perfect routine’. I had many sessions when starting the gym where I was flailing around, doing things with bad form and less than optimal exercises. But it all got me to knowing now what I know works and what doesn’t.
I had many instances of posting trash content before I started posting banger after banger like now. It’s all practice, it’s all reps in the chamber.
I approached many girls looking like a goober before becoming the effortlessly suave Don Juan Pleigboi that I am now.
Most of the time, your instinctual approximation of the scenario and going with your gut will be the same result as days or weeks of THIIIIIINKING only to come back to the same answer, but without the experience you would’ve gained by just ACTING.
When in doubt, ACT!

How to Change your Future, in the Present moment:
Your “fruits” are what your current state in life is in any topic. Your “roots” are what you did in the past to get here. A common mistake is we don’t differentiate between the two and most importantly, we don’t understand one is dependant on the other. The fruits is your lag indicator, the roots is your lead indicator.
Whatever you see currently, is the lag indicator. Always remember that the invisible - your characteristics, beliefs, habits and behaviours led to the current situation you are in. All those things are invisible and are your roots. Those invisible things have manifested what you have going on in your current world. If you are in an undesired situation, focusing on the current situation is not a very smart thing to do as it is a result of what you did in the past - aka the roots you planted in the past and the fruits you see now. It is looking at the lag indicator and wondering how to change it, without looking at the lead indicator.
This is a blessing because it allows you to shift the control completely into your control. It allows you to look at the roots, which you own and control at all times and *change* anything you want, on *your own terms* to get the desired fruit. So you change your future, in the present.
The process goes like this. Whenever I see something I don’t like, I go down to the root. Using this exact process:
- What is “fruit” in the current situation
- What do I not like about this temporary state
- What is the current “root” that caused this state to come about
- What is the ideal “fruit” I would like to have
- What is the required root for this
- How can I implement this immediately
- Declare the commitment to the new root and know that the fruit will be inevitable
- Action

It's important to keep in mind that your starting point when analyzing body language is evaluating Openness vs Discomfort.
People's body language will shrink and get 'aggressive' or 'tense' when they're not comfortable with the situation they're experiencing.
Remember that body language is a subconscious expression of the thoughts.
It's a shortcut to the inside of someone's mind.
Best part? They don't even know it.
Analyzing body language becomes all easy when you stop trying to pick up on micro expressions.
Analyzing micro expressions is literally taking things out context.
Yes micro expressions can say long.
No they're not everything.
Quite the opposite they're details.
Sometimes they're even signs that you can't trust.
Simply because that's what body language means to most people and that's what they'll try to fix first.
Focus on what they're not aware of.
It's a lot more information than you'll ever get from microexpressions.
Where do they direct their attention?
How physically involved in the conversation are they?
How long can they keep eye contact?
What direction is their body open to?
Those are the questions you should be asking yourself.
It doesn't matter if they smirked, laughed, looked surprised etc..
It's not 1 or a couple of signs, it's an attitude.
