在通勤路上听 Letting Go，它的观点和我自身的经历非常吻合。人的可塑性极强，就如同一台计算机，同样的硬件，只要安装不同的软件，就能实现截然不同的功能。
信念就是软件。如果你相信你已走投无路，没有任何选择，那便是亲手蒙住了自己的眼睛，所有可能性也随之隐于黑暗之中。如果我们安装另一个软件，选择将信念重新编程，往往能看见转机。很多时候的“我不能”，其实是“我不想”。因为顺着负面情绪滑下去太轻松了，将责任推给外界，当一个痛苦无辜的受害者。
今年以来，我有了一根新的定海神针，当滑坡发生时，我总会在心里默念，“你永远有选择”。承认自己有选择必然是艰难的，也是沉重的，当替罪羊不存在了，我将为我的境况全权负责。即便注定要经历阵痛，这股自由的力量始终鼓舞着我继续生长。
