🌒 Pre-Eclipse
• 8.04pm GMT onwards
• Continue normal activities
• No food or drink except water
🌑 Eclipse
• From 5.09am GMT
• Offer worship and prayers
• No food or drink, including water
• No travel
🌘 Post-Eclipse
• From 6.27am GMT
• Bathe and offer daan
• All worn clothes for washing
• If your daily puja was not performed before the start of the grahan (before 5.09am), puja can be offered after your post-grahan bathing.
