1: the team
ask about the team and their previous projects , if the presale has a safu / KYC badge that's a good sign but never an absolute indicator the team is 100% safe be cautious.

2 : the concept / the utility
What is this project about ? What problem are they trying to create a solution for ? Is this a meme project or a long term hold ?

3: the marketing , if you see that the team is doing good marketing getting good callers that is a good sign but be careful of teams who gets all the marketing done before the launch in an excessive way , that's a red flag for me , teams who know what to do would never do that , marketing should be done strategically along the way before and after the presale .

4: don't blind ape into fairlaunches , sometimes it makes more sense to wait for that juicy dip at launch , unfortunately many people would dump on 2x or even sell at loss , you don't want to be a victim of that .
