केले के पत्तों पर भोजन

दक्षिण भारत में न केवल हाथ से खाने का चलन है, बल्कि यहां केले के पत्तों पर खाया जाता है. आज भी वहां बहुत से घरों समेत रेस्त्रां में भी ये बात आम है. इस चलन के पीछे वैज्ञानिक आधार भी है, जो अब जाकर पता चल रहा है. दरअसल केले के पत्तों में पॉलीफेनॉल्स होता है. ये प्राकृतिक एंटी-ऑक्सिडेंट है, जो कई बीमारियों से बचाव करता है. केले के पत्ते में एंटी-बैक्टीरियल गुण भी पाए जाते हैं जो कि खाने में मौजूद बैक्टीरिया को खत्म कर देते हैं. इसके अलावा जो सबसे बड़ा फायदा है, वो ये है कि केले के पत्ते में भोजन करने पर हमारे शरीर में कोई रासायनिक तत्व नहीं जाता है, जो कि प्लास्टिक प्लेट या चम्मचों में आमतौर पर होता है.
क्या हमें प्लास्टिक प्लेट छोड़ कर पत्तल को अपनाना चाहिए???
