⚪ Bambu Lab A1 Update

We would like to let our customers know that our new and improved A1 heatbed is under production and will be shipped by air towards our global warehouses by the end of the month, according to schedule.

Once it arrives, we will contact every A1 owner who opened a ticket and chose to replace the heatbed individually, to arrange the shipping gradually according to the order of submitted tickets.

The guidance for how to perform the replacement has been completed, to help assist you with this process. Our CS team is also ready to assist with this process, should you have any questions. We greatly appreciate your patience and prompt replies to our ticket inquiries so we can send you the item and voucher in the shortest time possible.

The A1 will also be available to purchase again from our Bambu Store in April. For now, we don't have an exact date for when this will happen, but we are working around the clock to bring it back as soon as possible so everyone can enjoy it. Until that happens, our R&D team is also working on the firmware update for it, to bring further bug fixes and improvements.

📢The Bambu Lab A1 is making its comeback!

The first batch of replacement heatbed units is arriving at local warehouses, and will be off to customers' doorstep soon! The revised heatbed unit features several updates to ensure durability. Learn more about these updates in the following infographic.

Additionally, the A1 will be restocked globally in our official store around the first week of May. Thank you for your patience, the Big Brother in the A1 series is back in full force!

🔹 Major Update To Reduce Purge Waste——Save up to 25% 👏 ❤️ 🎉

    We're excited to introduce a significant update to the AMS aimed at reducing filament purge!

Our new "Long retraction when cut" feature can save up to 25% of filament purge volume during filament change. For now, this feature will be available as a public beta release in Bambu Studio, supporting Bambu PLA Basic and Bambu PETG Basic on X1-Carbon printers by default.

We plan to expand compatibility to include all X/P series and other filaments in future updates.

To experience this update firsthand, download the public beta version of Bambu Studio at [Reduce Purge Waste] and update your X1C printer to firmware version 1.07.03.00.  Special thanks to LeonFisherSkipper on GitHub for sharing this brilliant idea with us!
