Replacing the idler bearings requires advanced technical skills to ensure a successful replacement and reliable printer performance after the repair, and the process can take up to 8 hours.

To simplify this, we've developed a solution for customers who wish to handle the repair themselves.

Our new replacement part for the entire CoreXY Motion System will make the installation much easier, ensuring squareness and accuracy while reducing the repair time to under 2 hours.

This part is en route to our warehouses and should be available in our store by December.

For customers who prefer not to purchase the replacement kit, our team is also working on a detailed Wiki article to guide you through the current disassembly process for replacing the idlers.

We expect this guide to be available around the same time.
