🔹 Important Message for X1 Users

We would like to bring an important notification to our customers.

The X1 printer firmware version 01.06.xx.xx or earlier has a bug which can cause a failure to upgrade/downgrade its software to and from 01.08.xx.xx.

Due to a misconfiguration, the cloud interface has detected older firmwares installed on the printers as outdated and disabled the file sending to the printer via the cloud.

This misconfiguration is currently reverted to ensure everyone can print without any problem.If the issue persists, please reboot the printer and restart Bambu Studio / Bambu Handy.

Once all the infrastructure changes are fully implemented, we will update everyone with a detailed guide on how to perform the firmware upgrade safely to solve this problem.
